“When I received my order on Friday unfortunately only 1 bath sheet was included when I had ordered and paid for 2. I sent an e-mail advising this but to date have had no response.”

HI Carol Sorry we appear not have received an email from yourself reference this order. We are a little behind at present due to the Christmas rush however I have spoken with the warehouse manager and your missing towels wil be sent for delivery this week. Apologies this was missed it's not our intention to purposely not respond to customers. Once you receive the towels please could you let us know Kind regards Malcolm

“I was pleased with how to order and your quick response and delivery service! As the towelling robes are Christmas presentsI haven’t unpacked them but my initial feelings were that they were packed nicely and felt lovely and heavy! About to order two more for my husband and myself. Very happy, thank you.”

“Item ordered last week and paid for next day delivery £4.95 p+p We were told item arriving on 27th Nov and it’s now 20.10pm and No sign Very disappointed!!”

Hi Martha as discussed you should have received the parcel yesterday due to your post code being outside the normal delivery areas. I can see from the tracking that your parcel was signed for today so you have the parcel. I now need to ask DPD why the delivery was not on time and we should be able to get a refund fr your delivery and pass this over to you. However as this is the first time we have heard about this issue we have not been able to proactively assist you. Can you please sen dan email to info@hotellinens and we can then progress this matter. If there is am issue outside of our control, such as a delivery agent we do request you contact us directly as soon as possible rather than leave negative feedback on the forum, kind regards MAlcolm

Thanks for the feedback. Hotel Linens do purchase stock which is higher end and as such maybe a little more expensive but as you say they will wash time and time again. Once again thank you for such great feedback Kind regards Malcolm

Hi Julie thanks for letting us know you are happy with our tablecloths, they are manufactured to a very high standard and aimed at the hospitality market so you should have no problem washing and re using the table cloth time and time again.
