“Had very good customer service from a lovely lady called Hannah in the Chester store today. Pointed out a promotion on polo shirts to me that I hadn’t noticed, went into the store room to get the size I wanted, nothing was too much trouble. A pleasant change.👍”

“I had been looking to purchase the jeans from the main site and I found the exact pair for a third of the price. The jeans come in a very neat handled delivery bag with Jack Wills printed on it, and the jeans where very neatly folded and where of the highest quality. The jeans are very comfortable, are of the highest quality and I am very happy.”
