“I had to purchase a replacement laptop in a hurry. The salesman on duty that afternoon was appalling and seemed not to know the difference between models (i reckon he was a stand-in). Subsequently found out I had purchased an 'entry' model (according to PC World) and that the price had gone down £20 the day after purchase. I went back to complain and JL rectified the latter with a refund of the difference and sorted out the other issue by offering a free upgrade to another model. and even supplied a voucher for coffee for two. I was very happy with the result.”

“I needed a plain neutral jumper in cashmere . The size 16 was too big, although I usually find 16 fits but I returned to my local store and ordered one in 14 which fits fine”

“Friendly and knowledgeable staff both instore at Cribbs Causeway and over the phone. Very helpful when the TV I bought had a dodgy picture (it was blurry when watching football) and they offered to exchange it for a different make and model. Quick delivery. 2 years guarantee as standard and a very cheap accidental damage warranty.”
