Ordered 7 x made to measure curtains from John Lewis Kingston branch. Took 12 weeks of back and forth and getting thrown pillar to pillar to finally get the curtains. But - They are ALL too narrow (by 2cm-5cm), allowing a lot of light in. - Some curtains are too long by 3cm-6cm and it folds at the bottom and damaging the windowsills. - Some curtains are not even cut straight. For the past 2 months, I have tried every possible route to get these either refunded or modified or at least get some sort of a reaction from John Lewis. All to no success. John Lewis just don't give a flying concern.

Ordered a carpet, curtains and blinds in Feb, people came and measured in Feb, heard nothing for a few weeks...... then the nightmare begins. We must have spent 25 or 30 hours on the phone emailing and chasing. Noone responds, when they do they promise they will call back, they don't, you practically have to manage the entire process yourself. I could understand a major renovation, but carpets and curtains are what John Lewis are famous for as was their quality.... 20 years a customer and spent £1000's there over the years..... never ever ever ever again . Total Nightmare

Why can’t I get a simple answer from floor covering department? I’ve emailed them phoned them,emailed customers services,emailed in 2 complaints,emailed head of customers services and sent a review to trustpilot which they did reply,the partner said he would pass it on to the right department. The first email was sent 16/02/18 and yet to hear from floor covering department.

I engaged the Home Design Service of Stratford and met the representative at the beginning of September. The measuring took place one week later. I paid for 4 sets of curtains including one set of blinds. I am still waiting for one set of curtains. I am responsible for contacting John Lewis. No one keeps me in touch and I've asked to put in two complaints during this six month process and heard nothing in response. I am currently waiting for a response to my email last Friday asking for confirmation of the fitting of the last set of curtains which I paid for 6 months ago. It has been a horrendous process.

Do you use Ecomaster if you have problem with purchase. They have a very bad reputation. Could not buy anything from you if you deal with this dreadful company. Please advise. We want to buy a bed shortly and are looking for a company that do not have a contract with Ecomaster.
