I will start from the beginning. When Made first started selling their furniture it was great. Good quality and value for money. Then after a few years break, we started to purchase items last year and I can honestly say that the quality and service have declined. We have purchased around 10 pieces and every one has faults. Side boards, the drawers do not open and close properly, finish is very grubby, appeared used. Chairs have large indentations in cushions. Side tables, plastic components missing so they do not stand correctly and wobble. Round stools, again, plastic buttons in base missing so they rock. The sofas and chairs use black rubber button type floor protectors on the feet, very cheap quality, if dragged over a light coloured carpet or floor, they leave very dark black streaks which are impossible to clean off. Some of these faults are obviously down to the design and cheap components and manufacturing. Careless transportation and storage also a cause. All could be avoided. Just need some proper quality control. Sadly, we will no longer purchase anything more from Made.com.

The desk I ordered (Quinn) was shipped with several large markings on the top surface (the most visible). I had already spent 90 minutes putting it together when I realised this as it was the last item out of the box. They wouldn't replace the top - they would only offer to send a completely new desk (two huge, heavy boxes) for that one piece, which I would have to reassemble. I asked for a refund and they insisted that the desk be disassembled. This took another hour of my time, not to mention the several blocks of time that I had to be at the house waiting for deliveries/collections. John Lewis offers similar products for the same price and they back their products with excellent customer service. Even IKEA is better than MADE.COM. Skip this company and their terrible products.

I'm unsatisfied with both product and the customer service agent. I've never felt so disappointed as a customer, especially for a company like MADE. I may not have spent millions at MADE but I don't expect to be have lost an original. valid discount - it was only because a MADE product was FAULTY and I had to return it that left me under the discount threshold. If I had known I would lose £100, I may have just accepted a replacement. There was absolutely no care about this on behalf of MADE.

Orson sofa is dipping considerably in the centre after 2 years. Very poor quality. When I contacted Made.com they told me to arrange an independent review at a cost of £48. If the report identifies a manufacturing fault I will be reimbursed for this cost. Would not recommend or use Made.com again.

I would advise anyone who wants to order from @ made.com to find another reliable company. I paid my for my sofa in JANUARY YES JANUARY when the delivery date was 26th March. Every single time it gets to the delivery date you delay it even longer every time. My delivery date is now the 1st of may but I’m guessing it will be here sometime before Christmas. So far the dates have changed from 26th March, April 13th, April 17th and now the first of March. Your customer service is shocking and all you can offer is £30 refund! Absolutely shocking not having a sofa for over 5 months. You can’t speak to a manager as they say “they will tell you exactly what I will, that we don’t know the actual date of the delivery” after reading all your reviews I think I will claim for a refund as your company is shocking and obviously doesn’t understand the meaning of customer service. They are happy to refund my 2K sofa but as looking at all customer reviews you have to wait 6 months or more for that too! Also I got told the company doesn’t have anything to do with delays and they can’t do anything about it well your selling goods that customers will never receive by looking at your reviews!! So don’t use this company unless you want to order something and it arrives a year later. All I want is my sofa and a definite delivery date

After an extremely lengthy waiting period for my order to arrive, it was faulty. I contacted Made.com re same. I was advised of collection date of damaged goods but they were not picked up on this date. I, myself returned them to my nearest collection depot and informed Made.com of same. I was assured that my replacement goods would be with me in 6-8 working weeks. I still didn't receive my goods after an 11 week waiting period and I received no update, let alone an apology for this. I certainly will not be ordering from your company again.

The worst company to order from. Ordered the Hampton pouffe waited 12 weeks and it’s the wrong colour. Booked a collection and they didn’t register with the collection company so now have to wait another week + 10 days for refund. Terrible DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Total rip-off. Mis-sold a concrete top table; it's actually MDF with a layer of resin then concrete-coloured paint. The thin and weak paint is coming off after a month of light and careful use. Not fit for purpose. They sent a technician who tried to pressure us into signing something saying it's our fault. They refuse to take responsibility.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE!! If you are so unlucky as I was and you receive a defective product, BE READY for a real nightmare. There is NO possible to leave the package anywhere so you are doomed to wait at home for hours (in my case the whole Saturday morning and they didn't show up!). Awful communication as I said no alternatives.. In the end I threw the defective lamp in the trash!!!! NEVER EVER.

Poor customer service! Stay away from this company. Bad! Bad! Will never buy from them again. Once they have your money, they can't care less if goods are not delivered on time. After waiting for over 14 weeks to get my order, they failed to order on the promised date and asked meto wait another 18 weeks!!! They take people for a ride!

Cheap and nasty - won’t buy from there again, particularly as the customer service was so shocking. No empathy or regard for customers. I will never buy from there again and sure to spread the word

Style over substance! Sofa seat cushions are filled with an uncomfortable hard foam that looses shape after 1 month. Worst of all, these seat cushions have velcro on the underside so you can't even turn them over! Really disappointed as sofa looks good. Cost £600 so we have to live with it. Returns would cost £40 pick up fee plus £30 restocking cost, then needing to buy another sofa cos I'd donated mine

I had really bad experience with 7 product that i have oredered from them. 1. Screws were not all included in the packages 2. One item could not be asembled because it had a manufacturing flaw 3. one product was never delivered 4. Product initialy had delivery within 4 weeks and then became after the order 12 weeks and other issues

I have received a promotion code for my first time usage of made.com. I thought that's a great way to make use of made.com. I have ordered 2 x 2 curtains from made.com of which 1 was too short. First bad impression was that my order was delayed of nearly one week... So I wanted to return one of the curtains but then I found out that unfortunately the customer service team of made.com was not willing to offer a free return service and would have charged me 18 EUR for the return service. On top of that they would also deduct the discount that I have received through my first time order (although I would have kept 1 pair of the curtains). After mentioning that I would like to order the same product but just in a larger size they informed me that on top of all these metioned costs that would apply I would also need to pay another 10 EUR for transportation cost when I order new one. That is a very bad service for me comparing how other competitors treat their customers and their service. That was the first and LAST time I bought on made.com.

I have never, ever had such a bad experience with a company. I ordered a sofa on December 3rd 2018, and as of today March 12 2019, the sofa hasn't arrived. I've been calling for the past 3 months and all I hear is that the sofa has been delivered. Obviously it hasn't, but what is most frustrating is that each time I call I get these mindless responses, Oh I'm sorry sir, we'll launch an investigation into that, only to get an email 2 weeks later saying "Our investigations show that the sofa has been delivered" with no proof or documentation. It's now come to the ridiculous stage of having to look into going to a small claims court to get my money back, which probably won't reimburse me for all the phone calls and time, crazy stuff

I ordered 2 chairs 2 months ago and they should have been delivered this month - but I now find that they won't even be sent until the end of APRIL, making the delivery 2 months late. As if that isn't bad enough, there has been ZERO communication on this and I only discovered the delay by tracking the item myself. I paid for this order 2 months ago and am most unhappy and disappointed as I thought this company was bona fide but feel ripped-off. Still chasing the order and steeling myself for having to cancel it and demand a refund. No chairs and £75.00 down.
