Been waiting over 6 months for a desk and shelf to arrive. The estimated dispatch date passed over 1 week ago on both items. I've made 2 calls to the customer service centre and was promised an update on where the items are in the UK warehouse but have not heard back from them. A item tracking number has been provided on my account but the link to the carrier first did work and then stated that it was yet to be picked up from the retailer. This remains the case. The estimated dispatch date still reads as 1 month ago. Would certainly not recommend Made.com. Long waits for items, terrible communication and bad customer service.

I purchase 6 chairs which where in stock and was advised delivered in 3 to 4 days. 10 day later nothing delivered so chased, was told we will check with the warehouse, guess what no one called me back. So after a further 10 days decided to get a refund. Guess what no refund, so after another 8 days chased again to see where refund is, was told will be processed within 5 to 7 days, which was exactly the same info from previous I would avoid this company as they take your monies for over a month on products they say they have in stock, which is probably not the case and then delay a refund and still not given, thus had to claim back through credit card

Furniture was received over 20 days ago in Made warehouse but not only did they not bother dispatching if earlier, they missed their promised delivery date. If the item was not sitting in their warehouse I would understand, but to have if there and not send it, is unbelievable. Poor customer service response- had to call several times to get updates.

Ordered garden furniture in March for dispatch in April. Have received 3/5 pieces. Despite numerous online chats and 2 phone calls I have not received the phone backs I requested nor have I been given any date for delivery of goods I paid for 3 months ago. Mistakes happen but Made.com have a serious issue with their poor customer care. I have received oodles of email encouraging me to buy more products so there is nothing wrong with their IT, just a disinterest in fixing ongoing issues. Shame as their products are lovely. No company can last without return business.

Absolutely disgusted that after almost two months of returning goods to made.com, we are STILL waiting for a refund of over £200!!!! It was bad enough that they had the return for over 2 weeks, and it was only processed AFTER I called, but a month on from that and still no refund!!!! Also 30days refund for a credit card is ridiculous we had refunds between 3-5 working days, but where is theirs??? Nowhere! Emails weren’t replied to, and live chat was always busy, so had to call! It’s a shame as most of the products are really nice! Just don’t return anything!!!

Ordered a bed. Some parts not delivered. Had a conversation with the bot, which seemed promising but nothing happened. Then a further phone call where the answer is to deliver all the parts again. We need 6 casters and 4 bolts.

Absolutely shocking service. To echo pretty much all of the other reviews on here, ordered an item (side table for the lounge) on 13th May and was told it would be 4 working days for delivery. 3 weeks later and not only no sign of it, but I've now been informed that the item has "gone missing" so will have to be re-ordered, however it is out of stock and so it'll be 4-6 weeks for delivery!!!! Have told them to cancel, issue me a full refund and I will making a formal complaint. I've had to call them 4 times over the last 3 weeks and only one person I've spoken to has actually had the courtesy to come back to me. The rest haven't bothered to even look into it. Disgusting way to treat customers - I'll never be using them again.

If you’re considering buying a sofa from Made please read on. I purchased a sofa for £1700 with the promise of delivery between six to eight weeks. I have since been told that my sofa will be delayed by a further three months. Although Made have apologised they have not told me; who the manufacturer is, why the sofa has been delayed, or when I will receive my sofa (the delivery date has changed 4 times, each time having spent rearranging schedules to make sure someone is at home). My family currently have nowhere to sit as we sold our old sofa expecting our new sofa to be delivered on the date advertised. I now have terrible back pain. Made offered £170 in vouchers as compensation which I have since rejected (why would I want to buy more Made products with no guarantee that I would receive them). I copied Made’s CEO into recent correspondence with the customer service representative, and have received no comment from him. Utterly disappointed.

Shocking delay on delivery with no explanation or communication. Finally being told by customer service that 16 weeks between order and delivery is not a delay, despite the website promising 7 day dispatch - it's patently not true. My screenshots of all the conversations I've had with customer services show that made.com are deliberately misleading customers - it's outrageous. This is the second time this has happened to me. The last time resulted in them cancelling the order saying the batch was faulty - and then the items were relisted at a higher price on the website. Now they're saying my batch will be delivered a week later than if I ordered the same desk today! It doesn't even make sense - I'm shocked.

I ordered MONTEROSSO LHF CORNER SOFA SAPPHIRE BLUE on 3rd May. The delivery lead time was meant to be 7 days. Made.com did not communicate at all with me about when the item would actually arrive. After 7 days I got in touch with them using online chat. I was told to expect an email that day about delivery. I did not receive the email. A few days later I called to find out what was going on and was then informed that Made.com had moved warehouse and therefore it was going to take a bit longer to deliver my item, but they could not tell me when. The item arrived May 27th. Nobody from Made.com has apologised or offered any compensation for the late delivery/zero communication.

AVOID! Ordered a bed over 7 weeks ago (over £800 worth) and just been told that a package has gone missing, therefore I have to wait another 4-6 weeks for another bed to arrive. Compensation? An £80 refund. 10% refund to wait double the amount of time. Bed was said to have dispatched on the 10th May, it wasn't until I contacted them on a number of occasions that did they eventually tell me (TODAY 28th MAY) that the order had gone missing. A full 18 days later where they could have fixed the issue but instead I had to be the one to contact them. If you want a company to take your money, lost orders and fail to communicate their mistake, then you are in the right place.

First soda never delivered and no notifications from made. It was meant to be 5 day dispatch. 2 weeks later, nothing. Ordered another, THEY cancelled it for who knows what reason, and we had already set up delivery and were expecting it!! We had to re-order again and same ridiculous situation, cancelled, we called they correct it, then courier said it was damaged and it never showed. Finally we got one over a month later and it’s awful. It’s going back and thanks made.com for causing strain on our week off and my birthday with you uselessness and cheap products. Never again!!! They ruined our week off waiting and now we are stuck with massive boxes that are filthy waiting for them to pick up.

I have never in my life dealt with such… I have never in my life dealt with such a shambolic company. We have spent £5000+ with Made.com and what a mistake that has turned out to be. It has completely ruined what is supposed to be a happy time moving into a new home to a seriously stressful one chasing this company for answers, put simply, a disaster! Ordered modular garden furniture over 2 months ago which we had checked prior to ordering and informed it was in stock and that it would be shipped in 10-15 days. Two pieces of the 7 we ordered were shipped on the 10/-5/19 and it is now the 28/05/19, the tracking details link to nothing and now after 21 phone calls speaking to different people every time and been promised we would receive a call back after they hear from their warehouse WHICH WE ARE NOW 4 WEEKS WAITING FOR THEIR WAREHOUSE TO RESPOND AND NOTHING NOR A PHONE CALL BACK FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE! On their live chat here now and still been told the same thing "we will email our warehouse and let you know when they come back to us" I have never in my life left a review of a company online but made.com and their lack of communication/customer service have left me no choice. Such a shame because their products along with their website are very good.

Poor quality products with misleading description I bought the Anderson Corner Media Unit, Mango Wood and Brass, which I was lead to believe was made from brass. It turns out to be wood plated with light brass coating. This I consider to be very misleading. Further the shelf does not fully shut after a couple of days use. This is a poor quality product and very mis-leading. The description should have been clearer at the time of purchase. Further the guys who delivered the product did not take the packaging or offer to.

Delivery time of 6 weeks (not for anything bespoke, for a wire basket!). They charge for delivery both ways - and it's not according to item size or delivery speed, it's according to the value of what you're buying. I don't know of any other online retailer that charges for both legs of delivery and I won't be shopping with them again. They don't get back to you. Rip off. Avoid.

Terrible! Sofa delivery kept getting pushed back, customer service completely unhelpful. In the end cancelled the order and am still waiting for my refund 7 weeks later!

Waiting 9 weeks for delivery is annoying as it is and then to have half of the parts lost is even more frustrating. Then made.com couldn't find the items so there would be another 8-10week wait if I wanted the original product!!! I opted for a different item which was scheduled for delivery this Thursday and has since been put back. Made.com customer service communication has been extremely poor and now they're trying to fob me off with a lack luster voucher. Shame as I was keen to furnish my empty new home with their products but that's now off the cards. Couldn't comment on the quality of the products as I'm still waiting!!!

Worst experience ever, suggest to keep an eye on your deliveries and order very closely. Spent more than 5k with them and thats what I got: Just to name a few: Took money for an order, but never placed an order. Had to chase wait for weeks to get a refund and replace the order. Collected returned items but never processed a refund. Again if I haven't noticed they didn't transfer the money I would never see it again. Lost bedside tables that I was waiting for 4 months and have to wait even more still. Delivered bed today specifically doubled checked I paid extra for assembly but again they failed to inform the company that delivered the items and left me with 4 boxes with no solution & bed after waiting for 5 months. All I say good luck you will need it!

Ordered 4 dining chairs on the 6th of May with the estimated dispatch date being within 6 working days. The actual delivery date was not until Friday 17th of May (longer than 6 working days), but the chairs were never actually delivered. The customer service response for this was abysmal - they simply didn’t know where the chairs were and they wouldn’t be able to do anything until Monday 20th May. We requested to speak to a manager and was told there wasn’t one. We decided to call back to see if we could speak to a more helpful advisor and was told that we should get an update from the courier on Monday with the expected delivery time, and offered a refund of the delivery charge as way of compensation as they had missed the delivery date. Monday 20th May came, no delivery and no update. Tuesday 21st May - no delivery, no update. Decided to go on the online chat due to being in work (what a poor experience that is as they ask you to fill in all your details and issues before speaking to an agent, only for the agent to ask all the same info again) and have been told that they don’t know where the chairs are, but we will now have to wait 4-6 weeks for them to be delivered! (Asked to speak to a manager and was told that there is nothing they can do.) Absolutely disgraceful customer service and I will be sure to never order from made.com again.

I ordered a slide door wardrobe in March which had an 8 week lead time. Nearer the time of expected delivery I looked up my order and it stated it would not be delivered until the end of June! 17 weeks. I called them up and talked to an agent who seemed to agree that it was too long and would contact the manufacturer if there is something they could do with the lead time. Several days later, I wasnt contacted so I called again. Another agent stated that their manufacturer were having delivery issues and the lead time has extended in the website to 18 to 20 weeks. I don't understand why I was not informed proactively about the change in their lead time and I don't understand how any company can operate with that length of lead time, not to mention made.com holding my money for 4 months and I still have nothing to show for it! They are more than happy to cancel the order as their solution, but I am now in a position where ordering elsewhere would not get me a wardrobe any sooner. If they had been more honest and proactive I could have made an informed decision and taken my business elsewhere.
