“I ordered a deluxe crispy McChicken and large fries w/no salt (the only reason I 'my giving them a 2) the chicken patty was slightly warm, I had no tomatoes or pickles, just a big glob of mayo and some shredded lettuce. If I wasn't already home when I opened my sandwich, I would have taken it back, very sorry quality or a total lack of customer service.”

“Ordered a quarter pounder hamburger meal asked for no salt no mustered only gave me ketchup and pickle and small onion not much. Felt cold. Poor customer service. We were using the number tag as a phone holder for my son to watch his show and the guy kept bagging for it instead of leaving it also kept tapping the recite in front of me. Also had to wait along time for our food and it wasn’t busy at the time. Bloomington MN McDonald’s 11 ish am. Guy seem like he didn’t want to be working.”

“Poor service, ordered at drive through, still waiting 15min later, asked where our order was, they hadn't even started it. You pay staff peanuts and you get trained monkey's. Won't be going back.”

“You guys seem to think those electronic machines that take our orders are to replace a real human to take our orders. Well we went to two of them in two states not able to complete either order which by the way was not the same. Ended up canceling the order each time and had a human punch in the code to the register and we paid them. Biggest problem was when we got our burgers they were COLD. No excuse for this. These should be warm enough to consume by the time they get to us. The world is understaffed. We need to appreciate those waitresses who actually get out there and our forward their efforts to satisfy customers. Stop turning us into and AI country.”

“I am upset because you don't care about healthy foods like salads or plant based burgers or maybe getting some dairy free options. People still like to eat healthy. And also I don't understand why Burger king don't charge extra for the same lemonade you have and I get charged extra .”

“Went to McDonald's to get a filet of fish,fries, and a large sprite, first they claimed they were closed even though all the staff were in the kitchen and on their phones,then it took almost an hour for them to cook my meal, and to top it off the cheese was burnt,the fillet tasted burnt, and there was way too much tartar sauce and the soda was flat.”

“Fish fillet used to be a full slice of cheese now it's half it used to have a lot of tile sauce now it's got very little so I'm probably not eating here anymore.”

“I’m appalled that “MCDONALD” cooperation would “micro-aggressively” use the the term “Grandma McFlurry” for its NEW treat when my grandma and I’m sure lots of others would NOT even be able to enjoy it because of the Trillions of little HARD Diabetical pieces of candies inside it! The flavor itself isn’t bad however, we were spitting out what felt like thousands of OVER sweetened hard pieces of candy! Someone else had warned me but I gave it a try for myself and sure enough it was TRUE😱 Also, the Price makes it even MORE ridiculous so McDonalds you get a 👎🏼 this time.”

“Bad customer service! Tried to explain to Mc Donald's employees that I was overcharged for what I ordered. I was ignored. I heard that they may raise their pay to $20 an hour? They all need to go to customer service training as a requirement.”

“Macdonalds Western Road Brighton, I am a regular customer here and normally order by table service on the MacDonalds App, unlike all the other MacDonalds in the area (Brighton and Newhaven) you are never supplied or offered serviette's or tomato ketchup, if you ask after your food is delivered you have to wait ages for them to be supplied too. Why can’t this branch be like all the others in the area as regards this basic service?”

“This corporation is the rudest & demeaning to their managers. I've never seen a GM have to work harder than the crew. They treat GM's like they can never do anything right. Always treat GM's like it's their fault that sales are down. No respect. Always brow beating these GM's. This is unacceptable. Ebert corporation is the most disrespectful & unhelpful I have ever seen. People are not robots. Paperwork is not more important than making French fries and hamburgers. I will tell people never work for Mcds. Rude upper management & very disrespectful. Pays well, but not worth the belittling you have to put up with. Mcds is very greedy and don't care about the people who are actually working to make the money for these selfish people on top. I have lost respect for Mcds upper management.”

“The online orders are always never ready correctly. Perhaps that's why I keep getting the wrong order sent to me when placing an order online. They need hire people who can read or have their eyes checked. Incredible”

“I was shortchanged on my online app order and called same night. Was told to come back the next day and they would make it right. I had to talk to 4;people over 2 cheeseburgers. I got home and they were cold and not made the way I ordered them.”
