“The times that I've been to this location all I get is the manager which is a tall slim Spanish fellow act childish with some of his crew members the moment I walk in the door. The customer service in this location is terrible, I know we want our food fast but when I turned around after paying and grabbing my cup the food was done. Let's be honest that's not normally, so I gave it the benefit of the doubt until I got back to the office and ate my food. The food was nasty, it had a terrible smell and taste, and I couldn't finish the soda because it had the nastiest taste in which shortly after I had to throw up. Be careful at this location 4333 W Hillsborough Ave, Tampa, FL 33614.”

“I'm not sure how Maccas cook their nuggets now but they're dreadful. So hard and dry!!!! Used to be nice. It wasn't just a bad day, I've ordered them 3 times over the last 2 weeks and they've been the same each time. As though they're microwaved now.?????”

“This is the 3rd time ordering a mobile order and the order not being complete. Who oversees employees or trains them? You're supposed to contact the restaurant and no one answers the phone! So ridiculous! I won't ever give mcdonalds another penny.”

“I’m appalled that “MCDONALD” cooperation would “micro-aggressively” use the the term “Grandma McFlurry” for its NEW treat when my grandma and I’m sure lots of others would NOT even be able to enjoy it because of the Trillions of little HARD Diabetical pieces of candies inside it! The flavor itself isn’t bad however, we were spitting out what felt like thousands of OVER sweetened hard pieces of candy! Someone else had warned me but I gave it a try for myself and sure enough it was TRUE😱 Also, the Price makes it even MORE ridiculous so McDonalds you get a 👎🏼 this time.”

“There was an incredibly long line at 7501 Washington Ave Ocean Springs, MS 39564. Once finally arriving at the window I instantly saw why. There were only two employees. The woman that was walking around as if she were practicing her role as a sloth and Austin. This guy was running around with a smile on his face doing the job of a whole crew the entire time I observed at the drive thru window. You guys have an excellent employee in Austin! The sloth woman…..that’s a whole other review.”

“Haven't been there for a few years then had a craving for their big Mac. Disappointed ☹️ the box was an elusion... the burger that's usually the size of the box was the size of a regular burger. Very very disappointed. Do better mc donalds do better.”

“I was always a huge McDonald's fan for years but when the hash brown went to 1.99 that was the last time I ever went back it's just not a fair deal plain and simple we can't afford it. We go to other more reasonable places.”
