“Second time I have used Online Insulations, saved over £250 on my 1st order compared with my local Builders merchant. Delivery both times excellent, good communications from Online with an excellent product. This last order although small still saved over £100 compared with National companies. Well done Online. “The products were delivered on the agreed date, the driver phoning ahead to give an e.t.a. The curtainside lorry came equipped with a Moffett to unload and the driver helpfully unloaded the pallets in the order I needed them. The customer service was excellent and I can thoroughly recommend this company.”

“Good,only problem was I did not see the order price in my email at the beginning + I never new it was floor jab 70 ,I was getting so that was a bonus for but I'm sure you dont advise it as floorjad70 but it would be better for you if you did the price was good by the way ,cheers”

“Quite an experience really. The web site and ordering was fine. Unfortunately 6 of the wall bars were of the wrong type meaning that we had to delay the work our builder was doing. The replacement bars were then late arriving (by 2 days) thus delaying the work even further and - alas - one of the bars arrived bent too! Customer Support - via email - was prompt and helpful (very happy with that) but the dispatch and courier services let the side down badly.”
