“we ordered 1 dispenser on 15/1/2020 paid 23.00 delivery charge we were told 21/1/2020 item was on way to us at the Uni 23/01/2020 we sit at university and my dispenser is in Newtown Post office why ?”

“Ordered on 6th of Jan 2020. Its now 21st of Jan 2020 and it still hasn't arrived. Tracking details says it was due for arrival by 8th of Jan. Nothing has been updated as to when it'll come, tracking just says 'your item is on its way, estimated delivery date 8th January'. Not happy as this has impacted our business and have caused us to receive complaints etc.”

Couriers attempted delivery twice and left you a card, we phoned you three time you never answered and we emailed you a number of times you never reply !!!!!!

“The Items I bought seem to be OK. The dispenser is working fine till now. I only used it for few days though. My biggest issue was the late delivery and the lack of communication. According to the eBay item description, I was supposed to receive the delivery on 25-11 or 26-11, I only received my items on the 29-11. I sent a couple of email through the 'Contact Seller' of eBay and never received any reply back at all. I even called, but didn't receive a decent explanation of the delays, blaming the delivery company. I have to be honest, I didn't have a pleasant experience at all with ozWashroom.”

usually 3 to 5 business days, you don't count weekends and public holidays. That time frame falls within eBay ETA.

“We ordered a product on the assumption that it was in stock but after a week I called them and they said it was out of stock and on back order will be another week. They need to keep there site up to date, showing out of stock so we can purchase elsewhere, not keeping customers waiting”

“i had to ring up looking for sign just to be told none in stock then got charged $23 for normal rate postage for an A4 package that would have cost maybe $3 to post rip off won’t use you again”

“Although the design looked the same as the one we had, the mounting braket was different on the back meaning we had to drill new holes in the tiles. The soap dispenser worked for a few months but is now not plunging soap at all. Have had to revert back to supermarket dispenser.”

“We purchased stainless steel multi holder toilet roll holders for our Netball toilets to save having to fill up holders all the time..They don't work properly what ever toilet paper we put in them.Very disappointing and continually jamming up.”
