“Hi, The product and pricing was great however the packaging was not ideal, the box was falling apart by the time they arrived and 2 of the boxes that held the sterile gloves were damaged and open.”

“Works fine, compartments are a little dinky and the bolt cover are a different colour to the body which I don't particularly like. Ozwash couldn't or wouldn't help, but it works so life moves on.”

“The item was slow arriving, although that was Australia Post's fault NOT OzWashroom's. Given the size of the item and that it was sent via Australia Post, I feel the $23.95 freight cost was a little excessive. Regards Bruce”

“Unfortunately I can not give a better review as I ordered this on the 24th of Sept and it is the 9th Oct and I still have not received the item. I had notification on Fri 2nd Oct that it was in transit and then again this morning to say it was on it's way.”

“The service was good. It was advised at time of enquiry that the hand dryers purchased were on the noisy side, but there was no noise specifications list in the information to compare to other units. This made making a decision on what unit to purchase difficult.”

“Was disappointed with delivery especially after the very good service from Office staff when I was inquiring and ordering the dryers. We ordered 6 and the first 3 were delivered to the kindergarten down the road, it was lucky that the staff there knew who i was and called me. Also one of the dryers had deep scratches on the top of the dryer. Being a fundraising charity, I recommended you to one of the clubs we granted 3 dryers to, so I hope their delivery we go ok. Office staff helpful, delivery not so good.”
