“Haven't installed products yet so cannot speak to its quality but it looks okay. Half the installation bolts were missing from the box. Customer service when querying this was very poor and no further communication was received after I made a request that the listing be changed to highlight the lack of installation equipment provided. Not quite sure why they asked me to do a review after not replying to my request.”

But as we explained to you a few times the fastening bolts are subject to the type of wall that you are fixing it to, and there are many different types of walls in this world, your person installing the unit has to make a learned decision and use the correct type, hopefully. Could you please tell us more about your experience with customer service and what could have been done better? Regards Ian
