“Our Company purchased this product for our factory wash facilities as our current dispensers kept getting broken, the plastic pump buttons just break all the time. So we wanted to try an automatic system the product does work with our heavy-duty Orange Crush liquid hand soap as advertised however, it only releases a very small amount of soap at the maximum setting which is just not suitable for us if we could adjust this it would be more suitable for our porpuses. We would have purchased a second one if we could adjust the amount of soap dispersing.”

Hi Janece, The 10-0360 can take up to a Viscosity Range (mPa·s or cP): 1 – 3500 https://www.jdmacdonald.com.au/?s=10-0360 Sounds like your soap is way beyond that ? Regards Ian

“Price is right But cans are to big for the dispenser Had to trim a couple of mm of each can needle valve at top of can which is a Pain to do But service was great”

“yeah you are all good old coconuts. you dont appear to be streamlined but neither are we, sometimes obvious but mostly hidden. I cant review the sanitary bin as I am not the consumer BUT it looks perfect for the end user and the camp.”

Hi Gemma, Sorry I have not received any complaints. From you or anyone else. Are they good alkaline batteries ? We mostly use bamboo recycled paper for eco reasons. “Took forever to be delivered...they use Aramax...who are hopeless....tracking was not possible. If i'd known they used Aramax, i would have shopped elsewhere.”

Hi Zoe, I can understand your frustration, we sent your item 3 days after you ordered it. We use many different couriers. Aramex is one of the best but they and all the others have been experiencing minor to major delays over this period from Melbourne to Brisbane, I'm sorry about that. Adjusting your review to a more favourable one would be nice. Regards Ian
