“I spoke to Ian to ask if he could arrange goods to be left at the back doorstep, he told me that was not possible as the courier only responded to emails and he was too busy, I contacted the courier myself and it was not a problem sorting the delivery. Ian was absolutely useless”

“We received the Vortex in good time but disappointed with the condition , the plate that holds the sensor light would not clip in properly and my husband is an old tradie abjusted the lugs and glued it in , regards Carol”
