Still waiting for my delivery....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Another day, now getting an email saying my issue has been dealt with…how is that. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER.

Hi Nigel, Sorry about the lateness of your order. We sent it on the 9th of Feb but I've just found out, when I enquired with Aust Post that a train derailment during the floods has held up the freight by 3-4 weeks. So your Hand Dryer should arrive soon hopefully. Regards Ian

I was quoted 3 days delivery for their product and three weeks later I still have not received it Still waiting day 23 and two enquries later

Not very happy at all. I fell your customer service and satisfaction has a very long way to go. I called regarding my order being wrong and wanting to swap. I was told NO your company does not exchange. I was extremely unhappy with the reception i received on the phone.

I would never order from Ozwashrooms again, first time experience was terrible. Apparently over $400 worth of items left in a safe place, but the items are no where to be found, apparently they can't call the courier service and Ozwashrooms said to bad we sent the items and you can purchase the items again if you want..liked i'd be stupid enough to give them another cent. Stay away from these guys, bad service and pretty unhelpful. this company isn't even worth 1 star but i had to choose something.

Product had a broken part when opened. After couple of phone calls to discuss a replacement part was sent & this part was also faulty. Phoned & sent photos. I was told this problem has never been seen before & I could either fix it myself or send it all back to get a refund. The hand truer is visibly low quality inside.

Received product a few days ago, in the advisement for the product it says it comes with 75mm fixings and a attractive cover plate however when I opened the package just the drop down handrail was there. I emailed Fanar yesterday about it and he said that it does not come with fixings and cover plate. I am very disappointed. I will send a screenshot of the advertisement. If you can explain to me how this has happened.

Thank you, this is JD Macdonald product and we are only distributors of their products, non of JD Macdonald products include screws and fittings. The product you purchased is supposed to be installed by a professional and they know very well what is required to install such critical saftey accessible grab rail. Your feedback is very unfair to us and I hope that you revise it.

One over priced peace of bent an twisted shower rail $290 Two over priced shower curtains $116 each both different sizes !!! I'll contact DEPARTMENT OF FAIR TRADING see you soon
