Be careful not to make a genuine mistake with the noisey hand dryers as they will not refund not even a portion of 1464.00. The manager Richard Dawood is a low life creep, that ignores your very important emails with no response. Richard,you are a non professional, ignorent rude creep Fana is also a nasty very rude, cheeky person with a sick attitude, suggesting to me to send the 5 dryers back to me, after I just spent another 100.00 to senod them back to them, when they know dam well that I have no use for them. There is no compromise for people that make a genuine purchase mistake, only a sick ignorent attitude. Customer care and service is the worst you will ever come across. NASTY, RUDE, THIEVING, IGNORENT OPERATION.

Hi Peter, Sorry you are so upset, Hand dryers do make noise but you chose the quietest one. Our return terms are clear on the receipt and website. Ozwashroom may accept returns for any unopened, unused products within 14 days from invoice date. It is important that all original packaging be included to qualify for a refund. On return, all 5 hand dryers have been scratched and some installed. You can curse and use obscene language against the staff but it won't help you situation in any way. Regards Ian

I received a hand dryer that stopped working 2 weeks after install. I have messaged Oz Washroom many times to get a return postage slip so that I can send the unit back and get it replaced but I’m not getting a reply from Fanar.

Worst company ever; paid for product on 25 November; required urgently. Now 8 December; they are unable to advise where tey are and refuse to refund although I am having to but fom another company

I would never recommend this business. For 2 times I ordered sanitary bins with them and I just had headaches. With the first order they were delayed and when the order arrived at Sydney CBD it was missing the lids of the bins, then they took another 3 weeks to solve the problem. As it was the first time I was doing business with them I understood because of the excuse of short staff, then I placed another order a couple months later to be delivered in a different place now in Melbourne CBD, guess what? The same problem again. They have the worse customer service I ever saw in 13 years of business, I went to their warehouse to pick up my order and I have no shame to say this as I have urinary incontinence and the lady even didn’t let me use her toilet when I asked. Not friendly at all. Such shame!!!

DO NOT USE! They make false claims on their own website - We had a $2000 Dyson hand dryer arrive and was DOA. Qualified electrician installed and has a major fault as tripping the switch. OZ washroom refuse to return and say we have to call Dyson under Warranty but it is brand new and never dried a pair of hands. They claim Immediate replacement for DOA but will do any antic to stop you sending it back to them - they refuse to call back and instead send endless emails instead. Very unprofessional. Use any other bathroom supplier apart from these money grabbing greedy and shonky operators Consumer affairs now involved as we want the item returned as we have to go and source and install a new one for our business today. We have waited a week for an answer but it’s just endless emails and the number they even gave me to contact you have to leave a message as they only deal with the commercial client (no phone number) and the re seller. An absolute disgrace

A business to avoid, that works with the worst couriers in the world they have one star every way, this makes it clear what companies this can be, I asked few times for may money back and never happen, indeed the lady on the phone told me that they had some expenses so it is I who have to pay them, they who use a courier that is not worth anything, they are crooks and charlatans, avoid cheap people like them

Still waiting for my delivery....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Another day, now getting an email saying my issue has been dealt with…how is that. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER.

Hi Nigel, Sorry about the lateness of your order. We sent it on the 9th of Feb but I've just found out, when I enquired with Aust Post that a train derailment during the floods has held up the freight by 3-4 weeks. So your Hand Dryer should arrive soon hopefully. Regards Ian

Not very happy at all. I fell your customer service and satisfaction has a very long way to go. I called regarding my order being wrong and wanting to swap. I was told NO your company does not exchange. I was extremely unhappy with the reception i received on the phone.

I would never order from Ozwashrooms again, first time experience was terrible. Apparently over $400 worth of items left in a safe place, but the items are no where to be found, apparently they can't call the courier service and Ozwashrooms said to bad we sent the items and you can purchase the items again if you want..liked i'd be stupid enough to give them another cent. Stay away from these guys, bad service and pretty unhelpful. this company isn't even worth 1 star but i had to choose something.

Product had a broken part when opened. After couple of phone calls to discuss a replacement part was sent & this part was also faulty. Phoned & sent photos. I was told this problem has never been seen before & I could either fix it myself or send it all back to get a refund. The hand truer is visibly low quality inside.
