Went to this website to look for 2 products, paper towels and dispensers. The model of the dispenser I chose was listed as in stock and some of the paper towels weren't available, so chose 1 that looked like it had a better quality and was also in stock. Once you go to the cart, that paper towel is not in stock but you can back order it. Since i needed the towels more than anything else, I chose another one but a bit thinner and that one was coming up as available, so decided to order both products just so I could test quality. The following week i receive a call from one of OzWashroom representatives saying the dispenser actually wasn't in stock, but both paper towels were. They could send me the boxes with towels straight away, but not only the dispensers would take a month to be delivered, but I would also have to pay for the delivery. Since this company's ability to keep track of stock online and ways of managing errors with clients is so poor (I ended up having to pay for someone else's mistake), they leave me no choice but to not do business with them again.

I spoke to Ian to ask if he could arrange goods to be left at the back doorstep, he told me that was not possible as the courier only responded to emails and he was too busy, I contacted the courier myself and it was not a problem sorting the delivery. Ian was absolutely useless

I received the quantity of toilet paper ordered, however it was not the product that I ordered and paid for. No communication was received about the product delivered was as substitution or for other reason. An email was sent from ozwashroom prior to delivery stating that order there was no recourse for returns or exchange of goods received, which j thought was rathr strange! Anyway the toilet paper is ok...just won't order again from ozwashroom.

I ordered this hospital grade dual action sanitizer but they gave me Eucalyptus Sanitizer in stead without notify me earlier.

Appalling service. Still no product after 6 weeks and won't answer the phone now. Just kept getting told it would be the next day and now delivery has lost the parcel & Oz Washroom say that my order is complete. Not happy at all!! Cannot recommend this business at all.

Poor service. Unit supplied was described in literature and sales person as being fast and powerful. It was slow. On returning it I was required to pay freight in both directions. A waste of my time and money.

I hate to complain, however I received my order and the soap dispensers do not take the soap I purchased. I had spoken to one of the girls there and you would think that she would have told me the soap was not for those dispensers. Now I have to send them back at my cost. I won't be purchasing anymore because of lack of help.

Item purchased did not fit or suit and one part was broken, emailed and rang many times to try and return the items, no response. Waste of money, do not deal with these people.

Re: Invoice ID: 5000000425 The above order was placed and paid for on 30 September 2019 and has still not been received. Having checked with your supplier, the goods are available for supply. A "Letter of notice" was sent 9 October 2019 giving the opportunity to satisfy the order - but as at today - have not had a response. Have recently commenced a formal claim with ACCC. The advice received is that I must begin the Small Claims Tribunal claim, which we will do in the coming days.
