“Product had a broken part when opened. After couple of phone calls to discuss a replacement part was sent & this part was also faulty. Phoned & sent photos. I was told this problem has never been seen before & I could either fix it myself or send it all back to get a refund. The hand truer is visibly low quality inside.”

“Received product a few days ago, in the advisement for the product it says it comes with 75mm fixings and a attractive cover plate however when I opened the package just the drop down handrail was there. I emailed Fanar yesterday about it and he said that it does not come with fixings and cover plate. I am very disappointed. I will send a screenshot of the advertisement. If you can explain to me how this has happened.”

Thank you, this is JD Macdonald product and we are only distributors of their products, non of JD Macdonald products include screws and fittings. The product you purchased is supposed to be installed by a professional and they know very well what is required to install such critical saftey accessible grab rail. Your feedback is very unfair to us and I hope that you revise it.

“Hello, I have yet to receive the order which was placed on the 20th July (order number 1000022353). I have been informed by your company that the delivery was sent by mistake to the Amazon warehouse in South Dandenong. I asked could you please arrange for the courier (fastway) to retrieve the parcel and deliver it to our address , but as yet nothing has been done. I noticed that my credit card has been charged for this transaction but as yet no goods have arrived.”

We are bending backwards for you to solve an issue which is not our fault at all, and yet you still complaining. Since you didn't take any transport insurance and we offered you free delivery this will take some time to be resolved or you may contact Fastway yourself to redeliver for you.

We never advertise the dispenser as hand rub dispenser, we are very specific in our description and please refer to our website for that, hand rub never work on this dispenser, we advertise it as sanitiser GEL dispenser.

“Damaged goods on delivery and was told I would have to buy replacement curtain rail at $240 as this was the only item damaged of the 10 units and they were all packaged together this was very disappointing I am building a non for profit hospice centre in mansfield with donated funds which are limited So I have had to try and repair damaged goods as the budget does not allow for additional items”

“I ordered a total of four products which stated on the website that they were all in stock and I would have the items in 3-5 business days. They arrived two weeks later and three out of the four items were incorrect. I rang and was told multiple Times that there are no refunds and it was my fault for not ordering their products! Stay away from this company!”
