“I received a hand dryer that stopped working 2 weeks after install. I have messaged Oz Washroom many times to get a return postage slip so that I can send the unit back and get it replaced but I’m not getting a reply from Fanar.”

“Worst company ever; paid for product on 25 November; required urgently. Now 8 December; they are unable to advise where tey are and refuse to refund although I am having to but fom another company”

“I wasn’t happy with the colour of the paper. Looked like they had been in the box for a year. Slightly brown. The size was slightly smaller than expected given they were to match the particular dispenser. Thus wasnt happy with the delivery charge. Will try and purchase locally from now on”

Hi Margaret, We get new paper towel stock every month - PT4302. We are sourcing a more renewable product with a bamboo content that isn't as white as before. If you are worried about whiteness try 4442 https://www.ozwashroom.com.au/paper-towels/slim-paper-towel-4442 I'm sorry delivery charges have increased Australia wide. Regards Ian

“They took several weeks to dispatch and then we had huge delays with Aust post having paid for express. The matter was initially handled very poorly by them blaming me for these issues. However, they came good and eventually replaced the goods on their own back. Both sets eventually arrived and they offered me the extra goods at a discounted rate. I will use Ozwashroom again as they are an honorable firm.”
