“I have purchased from OZ washrooms for many years, but the hand dryer I recently purchased does not work, I contacted OZ washrooms, and they have requested videos etc which I have supplied. I have sent messages, but still no reply. you would think for a $240.00 hand dryer that they would not give me the runaround”

“Having issues getting parcels delivered by Australia Post. We are not equipped to pick up parcels. All other contractors have been able to deliver to this address.”

“THE TEAM AT OZ WASH ROOMS WERE FANTASTIC WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MADE CONTACT A COUPLE OF TIMES TO MAKE SURE I HAD ORDERED THE RIGHT ITEMS. VERY IMPRESSED AND WILL CERTAINLY USE THEM AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE. REGARDS DONNA WILSON”

“We bought Sanitary Units. They came pretty quickly. Only trouble we had was getting them apart. Rang for some advice, they were going to send a video of how to get them apart. Still waiting for the video.”

“Excellent service. No trouble with answering my questions. The products are excellent. The lid on one of the sanitary bins had a mind of its own and would not stop opening and closing. This was replace and another lid was sent in the return mail. I would definitely recommend and use OzWashrooms again. Thank you.”
