“I bought 140.00 dollars of baby cloths she is 4 months old got 3 to 6 months plus alot of 9to12 months alot of thing do not fix the baby but yet it in there chart for sale so it all run very small. Them I look to see how I can exchange my clothing cuz I'm not asking for my money back but come to find out I can't even do an exchange or return only if it's damaged. If I had known that I would have never purchased anything everyone allows you to exchange or return but not paypay ! So now I'm sitting on all these clothes and don't know what to do with them never again will I buy clothes off the internet. This day and age money is hard to come by when you purchase something you should be able to return it or exchange it so I'm giving it a bad review”

“Not great. Thought I'd give this company a go as I liked some of the designs, even though I didn't have high hopes. Thought they were being posted from US, but alarm bells began ringing when they were sent from China. As expected, most of the clothes are pretty rubbish quality and sizing is all over the place. I've also realised that they have knocked off designs from reputable designers in breach of copyright. And pricing isn't that actually great when you can buy quality clothing in sales for the same price. Haven't contacted them to arrange returns/refunds as I don't have time for back and forth I've read about in other reviews. My advice, stay away. And also beware of all the positive reviews online, I suspect many are fake.”

I continue to ask for a full refund from this company as it took 40+ business days for "shipping" when it really was stuck in customs for part of the time. I have been in contact with this company almost a dozen times now through their website, email, facebook, and instagram. They refuse to initiate a refund and continue to send me messages "apologizing" in order to run down the 14 day return policy. I did not use the items, cannot use them, they are in perfect condition as they were received and I requested a return the day I got them. Besides the long wait the quality was very poor on two of the items. One item claimed to be 95% cotton and was this scratchy, shiny material. Definitely not cotton.
Note that the website says 30 days but their communication with me keeps mentioning 14 days.
According to their website: "30 days to Return? If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 30 days from the date of the item’s arrival. All return requests are subject to evaluation and our friendly Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it."
They refuse to initiate a refund.

“Ordered three outfits in a 9/12 months. They are HUGE like the size of a Toddler. Of the three outfits, one came without the hat, one came without the onesie and one came without the pants. The refund or return policy is ridiculous and more headache than it was worth. Lesson learned!”

“Poor quality on half of my items ordered. Wanted to return the items, but unable to. PatPat’s customer service is really bad. Although they responded quickly within 48 hours, they were unable to help me resolve the issues I raised. I had been exchanging emails for a long time and did not get into the resolution. We kept going around in circles and got nowhere. I figured that they would like me to give up. So I told them if they could please provide a quick resolution. And that this was my final email before I raise my complaints under the consumer rights act and take action. No response. My last email was — any response to this??, and as expected no response.”
