“It is a scam . They say one price and charge you another higher price . When I spoke to them they tried to confuse me by saying the pj's were for pets only was on sale . That is not what is advertised! I sent screen shots to them even showing proof. They stopped texting me after that ! Scammers”
“So I received my order. I had orded a dress and matching outfits for Easter. I ordered them ahead of time. I tried mine on it fit so I put it back in the bad. When I took out to wash before Easter I realized when hung up the skirt was sewn backwards. So the slit was in the back. I contacted them right away sent pictures. It was past 30 days but I had not worn it and it was defective. All I asked was that they replace the dress with a correct one. They tell me they can only offer a refund. I said but I would like the dress. I got it on sale now I am going to have to pay more to reorder the non defective dress and pay for shipping. They said again that's all they can do seeing it was past 30 days. I told them it was ridiculous cause it was defective. They should just send me a new dress. Nope I am very irritated that it now costed me more money to get the same dress to match the outfits I bought my family. Other than that I thought the quality was pretty good. I didn't have any issues with getting everything I ordered. Just very mad with the customer service. Because of this I will not purchase anything else from them. They lost a customer because they could not just replace a defective dress and make me pay more money! Plus it won't let me upload pictures to show.”
“Very poor customer service. I have recently ordered family outfit of 4 person. Very bad service they delivered only 3 persons, its was after 2 weeks of late. But i have paid 4 persons clothes fabric cost. When i started to escalate in the service center, patpat service center is poor in handling customers, again i received 4 person same matching family outfit again, again i paid, when i open its was shock to see same product delivered twice and i paid twice. After such bad incident i have again escalate to customer service, but person name called Janice is writing email to give away freely?
Is this fair? They don't have refund policy, they are not exchanging products at all. But every where its stated refund in 30 days its all lie. They didn't accept my return. They don't have return option to return the product. I am trying to refund their right after the delivery within 5 minutes, that delivery person is not taking it, and not refunding money too.
This is disgusting and very poor service. They don't have customers service handling at all. No refund option at all. Size clothing is different and very unprofessional service. Simply i wasted my money. Very disappointed”

“Ordered three outfits in a 9/12 months. They are HUGE like the size of a Toddler. Of the three outfits, one came without the hat, one came without the onesie and one came without the pants. The refund or return policy is ridiculous and more headache than it was worth. Lesson learned!”

Them I look to see how I can exchange my clothing cuz I'm not asking for my money back but come to find out I can't even do an exchange or return only if it's damaged. If I had known that I would have never purchased anything everyone allows you to exchange or return but not paypay ! So now I'm sitting on all these clothes and don't know what to do with them never again will I buy clothes off the internet. This day and age money is hard to come by when you purchase something you should be able to return it or exchange it so I'm giving it a bad review”
