I ordered the stainless steel tumblers with our logo printed on them. The logo was supposed to be 1.5" tall but when received they were less than an inch. Sent photos to customer service, received return shipping labels, only for them to tell me that they needed more photos (of the tumblers that I have returned to them?) The logo is also crooked. They are refusing to make this right. They are saying I measured the logo wrong by not going to the top of the "C". I clearly did as can be seen in the photo. If I didn't it still wouldn't account for it being 1/2" short. Terrible company, even worse customer service. Basically stole my church's $300.

spent $400 dollars in 2018 and the last order of over $100 worth didn't work. sent them back and no response and no compensation. dont risk it . over priced and no guaranty . go to VISTA PRINT.

This is hands down the worst company our business has ever ordered from. After placing the initial order, I was never notified - not through phone, email, etc. - of an order confirmation. I uploaded our logo to add during the ordering process, and never received a proof after being told that I would. I called after several weeks of radio silence and was told that my order had been completely forgotten about. Never in my life have I experienced such unprofessional business practice. Before the forgotten order was "expedited", I asked for a proof to make sure that the logo and text came out the way I had requested. No proof was ever sent, no order status updates were emailed, and the pens arrived a month and a half later than our initial delivery date. One of the boxes arrived completely ripped and damaged, and we counted approximately 30 pens missing. However, the biggest mistake was that the logos were missing. We received 700 pens without a single company logo. After calling customer service, I was told that they were unable to replace the incorrect order and that I would have to pay for the new order. I asked for a full refund and for the company to replace our incorrect products without a charge, but they insisted that charging us was "company policy." I spoke to multiple customer service reps, each of who were absolutely unhelpful and simply repeated that they couldn't replace the order for free. Definitely our first and last time ordering with these scam artists.

Placed an order online. Received confirmation of order a few hours later and it listed the wrong color. I immediately replied that color was to be purple not blue. No response. I called the next morning (10 hours after placing order) and was told they were sorry, it could not be changed as the pens had been produced and were on a pallet to be shipped. Offered me a 50% discount which I rejected. Called me back in two days and told me that they had "no luck" with management on producing the order correctly. Again offered the 50% discount on this order and one future order. Figuring it wasn't worth arguing over, I said OK. The pens arrive today, several weeks later and after my event. So, they produced the pens in less than 10 hours and take more than three weeks to deliver. NOT. And of course, no discount on the invoice. They bank on you giving up and paying them. This is what our Magistrate Court system is for. Come get me big guys....

Terrible customer service, hidden fees, cheap product, run like a chinese company. Order arrived well after the promised date. Contacted customer service and they ignored me.

What went wrong? I ordered $55.71 worth of pens, ad the advertised price, but received bill for $94.65. They hid charges and don't let you know about them until the bill arrived. Do not do business with this disreputable company. They are thieves.

They hid charges galore. Confirmation stated total order was $55.71, but bill received says they want $94.65. Do not order unless you are willing to pay double the advertised price.

So far I actually can't comment on the pens - since they've not arrived. They've made the huge mistake of using My Hermes. Any reputable company should know never to use such jokers as My Hermes. All they have done is made me sure I'll never order from National Pen again.

I will not order from this company again. Their online ordering process is deceptive as they do not collect credit card info to place the order. I was processing an order to get a total (including tax & shipping) for management approval before I got there I receive a "thank you for your order" screen. I backed out and went about my day. I thought because I had not given them payment info, my order had not been processed. A couple of days later I received an email telling me your order has shipped. I immediately called them and was informed that there was nothing they could do because the pens had already shipped. Nowhere in the ordering process did I see that this was their process. Every e-commerce site I have ever bought anything from asked for payment information before processing the order. I'll bet I am not the first person who has been deceived into placing an order by this process. I finally just paid the bill to get them off my back.

I purchased my order over a month ago, they sent me the wrong pens, promised they would fix them and send them out right away to receive no later than (4)- (5) days. It has been 2 weeks, has spoke to (3) different managers, tried to speak to higher because now it's too late to go with another company, they will not direct me to that person. They promised me I will get them today and again that didn't happen. Checked my status and it is still in production (meaning still in the making process, not ready to leave store). Every person I speak with tell you something different. I really tried to be understanding but they have really disappointed me and has ruined the chances of me ever using them again or suggesting this company to anyone.

They have reached the highs where no other company has gone for customer services. They sent me invoice for 0 product (so nothing is bought) but shipping and tax on shipping cost is $18.99 + $1.14 (not sure if you can charge sales tax on shipping fees). My total bill is $20.13 for NOT buying anything. I called customer service for billing and he asked how do you want to pay the total amount of $20.13!!!!! FTC.gov needs to check on this company for cheating.

I had never used this company before for product, but we received a sample pen that was pretty nice so we decided to give it a shot. I called because the promo that we had in hand was expired. They agreed to honor the price of the promo and had me send our logo over to them to give us two proofs. I spoke with Allison Stacey first and she was super nice, she also told me that we would have proofs by the end of that day or the next day. At the end of the following day we still didn't have anything so I followed up over email to which I never received a response. I then called two days later and spoke with Jessica Rutherford who ensured me that they would get the proofs to me that day. It has been a week and I still haven't heard a thing from anyone! I work in customer service and this is NO WAY to treat customers! You don't promise something and then not deliver! That to me is unacceptable! After reading the other reviews now that I've gone through this, I'm glad that I chose to look elsewhere! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, I WILL NEVER USE THEM! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If you do use this company, prepare yourself to be placed on the back burner!

Just a summary: Jan 28, order lost because they stated they didnt have the pens they prominently advertise online and bait/switch you to buy another product. Feb 20, after complaint they EXPEDITE an order that still wasn't shipped for an additional 2 weeks. Received order and it was WRONG. They stated it was my fault they misspelled the company name. Company sent canned response to all inquiries sent, then after a negative review stated to send contact information. The next day they call to collect payment with no mention of how horrible their service is. Of course they state we have opened a "ticket" to investigate, surely to drag it along and cause a late fee and possible ding to my credit. Lesson Learned, they are not flexible and do not care about customers. They bait and switch you and it will end up costing you much more than you bargained for. BUYER BEWARE, go elsewhere and DO NOT do business with these folks.
