Today he had spent the morning in with Emma at Vets for Pets and came out with a better outcome than I had hoped, straight into the arms of the Pets at Home team. That is customer service right there. Thanks to both teams, can't thank them enough. Love from Rocky 💙

He always produces the most outstanding customer service which totally goes above and beyond that expected.
Today was his day off and he seen me struggling looking for a harness to fit my puppy and he went out of his way to help me - very impressed.”

“Went into our local Pets at home store in Newark on Trent to purchase Pro Plan wet cat food for my very fussy feline on 12th June but unfortunately they were out of stock, the gentleman on the till informed me that the store receives deliveries Monday, Wednesday & Friday's so I returned to the store on Thurs 15th but no stock had been received on the delivery. I asked the till assistant if and when they would receive any stock and he passed me onto a female supervisor who went over and above with her customer service, firstly checking if there was any stock in other stores, then checking online when stock would be received if I ordered for a store collection - this was going to be anything upto 7 days. The lady in question did say I could do a home delivery and it would get to me much quicker but just to be 100% sure she would check with the Manager to make sure this was correct as she did not want me to pay for delivery if the timeline would be the same as a collection. After speaking to the Manager I went ahead and placed a home delivery service, I would just like to express my appreciation for the service given to me at my local store - fuss pots food will be delivered on the 19th please forward onto the store my gratitude for the customer service received.”
“Attended the Bury branch at 10am Sunday 3rd July with our 10week old Working Cocker Walter. A young gent approached us as soon as we entered, he was extremely friendly and we advised him we were looking for first harness, lead and natural treats. He asked if Walter was fully vaccinated and when we informed him his vet appointment wasn’t until the following day he retrieved a trolley and a clean mat so that Walter wouldn’t be on the floor. He was absolutely fantastic, very attentive, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely focused on Walter getting the right products. He did not oversell and made sure his harness was well fitted for immediate use. didn’t take note of his name but we are fully kitted out with a variety a 3 peaks items, natural puppy treats and will return to Bury for all his needs. Well done to Pets At Home, your Sunday staff in Bury are first class!”
