“Ordered travel cot which has arrived safely ( although documents wallet was empty). Found website a little frustrating after not getting a confirmation email I felt a little panicked this feeling increased when seemingly impossible to contact through website. The ‘I am not a robot’ bit just would not load - so couldn’t contact. However I signed up to mailing list and the subsequent email gave a customer service email address - which is not on contact or help section of website. I emailed and within 24 hours had a response and then my order confirmation. All good in the end”

“Thank you Toni Mason. I had an issue. I had to buy two bikes and one wasnt in stock. It was a birthday present for two twins. A boy & girl. Toni went all the way to the warehouse, made sure it was packed and ready for dispatch. After giving me all other options available. Thank you once again. Got the bikes the nexr day in the end. AMAZING :) 5 STAR SERVICE.”

“Very pleased with Precious little ones but a little disappointed with my trike. There was a screw missing and it was quite difficult to put together. Got it at the right price thou and fast efficient delivery.”
