PREMIER INN BRIDGEND Pantruthyn Farm FOUR OF US ARRIVED ON THE 13/11/24 for four day stay we were greeted with a friendly smile from both girls at the reception , On to the rooms that we found extremely clean and with all the maintenance work up to scratch ,Now down to the bar and restaurant , Food at the restaurant was well cooked and well presented , Bar staff were really friendly and helpful we found Chris working at the bar he welcomed us with a friendly voice and laugh and as our stay continued we found him helpful in all matters concerning our stay showing us places of interest , times of buses and trains nothing was to much trouble for him . Now for the breakfast this was a joy to eat well presented plate of the usual produce all served nice and hot and as much as you can eat . This was one of the very best stays at a premier inn and made possible with all the friendly staff willing to help at all times , A big thanks to Chris from me , it was a real joy to of stayed at the Bridgend Hotel Pantruthyd Farm Pencoed Many Thanks from Martin and Friends

We stayed in a Premier Inn on the south coast. It was farely small, quiet so good night's sleep, lovely staff, excellent location, great food in the adjacent pub.

We stayed at premier Inn at Southampton airport on the 18th of may for one night we arrived around 11pm so I asked the receptionist about the car parking he said oh don't worry about that it's included with your stay, so now we get a parking fine from the unscrupulous HORIZON PARKING demanding £57 if paid within 14 days otherwise £95, so thanks premier Inn receptionist are you on the take with horizon, we certainly wont stay at the Southampton premier Inn again it was filthy and stinking, so maybe time ti look elsewhere for hotels, wouldn't be to hard to find a cleaner hotel

London Greenwich. I have stayed here a few times and am always happy with the facilities, also the staff attitude and helpfulness. 1 staff member in particular is Nicolae. A true gentleman. Always a good service here with the food meeting the standard every time. Thanks again guys.

I had a very good short stay in the Stanborough Premier Inn in Welwyn Garden City. The room was very clean and tidy and the staff were great. The breakfast was great. Theresa (from reception) was absolutly brill with the smiles and local information on places to go and things to see, she also had time to chat and make the stay relaxed and not what it could of been for a female staying on her own.

Premier Inn Coventry central is conveniently located for bars, shows, cathedral etc The standard room was comfortable but the floor carpets were not cleaned right up to the skirting board or under the bed or in the corners. I've been to more welcoming Premier Inns.

Sending numerous emails regarding various issues with my stay and not getting any reply’s. when I did finally get a reply was basically told they don’t care. I asked if I could speak with the manager and told they is not possible, terrible customer service.

Abbingdon stayed for 6 nights 4 nights chef was sick. Not in walking distance to anywhere had to order takeaway. Tonight had to wait 2hrs for food limited choice because chef was off again. So people could only cook what they were trained to do. Would not stay here again from choice

You cannot contact anyone at Premier Inn for reason-they don't want you to, they only want your money. Impossible to sleep in St Alban's Premier Inn as RIGHT next door to a night club, music ended around 4am. Your teeth will rattle but no rest at all. No money back, as when eventually got through,they just reject all claims. Their weasel words are 'external noise does not fall under our Goodnight guarantee'. AVOID PREMIER INN AT ALL COSTS.

Everything about our overnight stay was almost perfect apart from the fact that we decided to cut our night shirt to go back to the hotel bar, after googling that Premier in bars are open until 1am Friday and Saturday night only to find when we returned around about 1145 that we were told that the bar was closed for some reason.

Impossible to get my money back after more than a month numerous call, the only contact has been scammers trying to steal money supposedly from premier in , premier inn manager should phone me and sort this but no, to busy collecting there bonus, so no option I got the forms for small claims court filled them in will now make the claim Shame on you!!!

Made six attempts to book a room online today. Every one timed out within seconds of choosing rate. Rang hotel and was told they could not take bookings by phone (!!) Went to central reservations and spent 20 mins on hold. Then gave up. They deserve to become insolvent.

The reason for my low score, was because the room needed TLC, it was extremely hot and you couldn't even open up the window. Plus it was noisy.. We stayed in room 312 in Lewisham

Don't use this company, they lie to you and Rob money out of your account and don't give you refunds even though they said it had been processed

Still waiting for a refund for money they took at the time of booking! I requested to pay at check in. I booked a flex deal and cancelled well before my stay was due. They owe me over £500. Absolutely disgraceful!!

Still awaiting refund which was cancelled in November! Rang numerous times only to get fobbed off again! Will not be using Premier inn again.

I am starting at the premium in Abu Dhabi airport the staff are great Dillon who works for house keeping did a brilliant job
