“I order 3 items from River Island and paid express shipping for a wedding I was attending in 3 weeks. I received the items when I returned home from the wedding. Although I do have to say that the clothing was great quality and nicely priced. I was irritated I didn't have it for the wedding. I kept 2 items and returned 1. I have not received my refund yet but they did confirm they were processing it. Over all I think if you are not in a hurry then they are worth it.”
“I not happy with river island as I am regular customer went in there a week ago in ipswich and as a NHS worker used my blue light card only to be told can't use card if you don't give your email address WHAT ??? Why should i have to give my email out .Thanks river island for your support to NHS”
“Like River Island style of clothing but the quality on the stitching on blouses is really poor. Out of 5 tops the stitching has come away on 3 I've returned 1, stitched the other 2 & not worn 2 of the 5 that aren't damaged so far, the loose stitching noticed after washing on 2 out of 3 of the tops, shouldn't have to repair new clothing. Not exactly cheap clothing.”
“I normally like River Island's summer ranges and usually get quite a few tops and jeans from here...could be a bit better laid out for pushchairs and people with kids though. Otherwise the range is OK.”

“I love river island it’s one of my favourite shops but I do think for someone who is a loyal customer I shop in there every couple of weeks with it being online or in store, you don’t get any benefits never get a discount code to use the next time you shop or free delivery which is disappointing as I’m constantly receiving emails with discount codes from other stores”
