Although no confirmation email or link to track, customer service says it's in store and please collect it. Store did nor received my order and told me to wait for the email. Customer service says they'll contact you but they don't. Very poor service

The customer service an email response was very unprofessional and inappropriate. I tried to return some thing and they waited to respond so I missed the window of opportunity. I’m very uncomfortable with their policy and procedure and I would say buyer beware to anyone who purchases there. And it was not about the money it was the principal. I will not be purchasing from them again

Went to river Island in Leeds city centre today to spent a gift voucher given for my birthday I was asked for an email I said I didn’t have one ! Well you can’t have a receipt!!! The young guy then gave me one and said well next time you won’t get one !!’ Well next time I won’t step foot in here

they stop shipping to other countries during sale, after all good things are gone they activate the shipping. it happened to me in the past, and happens again. so discriminative!! regarding the products, I bought mainly bags. althought they all look nice, but the clousure doesn't work properly almost for all of them, so it's really painful to use, and they wear and tear very quickly.

Use to love river island but delivery is appalling, 7-10 working days waiting for deliveries of my last 3 orders, including the weekends and it's nearly a fortnight. Never again will I be using this service, quailty had also went downhill too! Gems washed away on my daughter jumper after 1 30oc wash, leggings are horrendous, full of holes after one wear, terrible quality for double the price of better stores.

One particular staff member barely broke a smile, chewed chewing gum, and managed a couple of words in response to a question when I paid for items. Hardly a good example of customer service!!

I have shopped at river island for two years with excellent service then it has gone so wrong your gift voucher refund is atrocious five weeks still waiting fed up keep phoning your policy need looking into lobed the staff at Blackpool store but even that has changed feel I am a nuisance one member of staff nadine and Kim are fabulous what is going on very disgruntled

Just brought Light grey leather chain slouch bag £55 - the shoulder strap cant be shortened so dont get it unless you are at least 10 feet tall or dont mind the bag banging against your knees!

My son bought a pair off boots from Blackburn and when he got home they was odd sizes. This means that they was not checked by a member off staff when purchased. So I returned them to the shop at Blackburn and they did not have the size 9 to make a pair. Very annoying because we live about 20 miles away. But a lovely gentleman who was called Aran sorted it for me and arranged for a pair to be deliverd to the store by Friday. He was very polite and apologised for the inconvenience and for the poor service that my son recieved. The boots came and Aron again Appologed . So I was not happy with the service we had re ieved and having to return several times to receive he correct boots. But I must say that Aron was really good a d professional. A BIG THANK YOU ARON.☺
