"Ordered wardrobes and wish I hadn't. Terrible quality, items damaged when unpacked and the general quality was very poor. Called customer service for a refund and return but was told it was acceptable. Replacement parts were the only way forward and I would have to wait around 20 days for the delivery......in the meantime wardrobe components and packaging all over the bedroom or my son. After numerous emails and comms there is no accountability at all. Just want the issue sorted bug not a conclusion in sight."

"4 months in, garden table has warped and split. This cost \u00a3600. Robert Dyas have offered me \u00a360 but no refund as they advise it needs to be dismantled and stored INDOORS over the winter. I have it covered by a garden table cover (as per their website guidance) but apparently that isnt good enough. \r\nI will never use them again, their customer service is appalling."

"Bought a gazebo in June 2020. After a year the canopy started to tear, now after 2 years it acts tears like paper. Robert dyas we\u2019re no help after emailing them they said about the expired warranty. Will not be using Robert Dyas again."
