“I ordered a microwave from this company because it was cheaper than anywhere else and was in stock and was told delivery would be within 14 working days. A couple of days later I was notified that the item had been dispatched and would be delivered by Parcelforce in two days time. It wasn't and when I tried to track it Parcelforce said they had been advised about it but didn't have it. This prompted me to look at reviews and I started to wonder whether I would ever see the microwave. I then did begin to get tracking information from Parcelforce and the microwave was delivered eight days after ordering it. It would have been better if Robert Dyas hadn't told me it would be delivered on a specific date during the pandemic.”
