“This has never happened before but I've been accused of ripping/wearing a dress and trying to get a refund. I sent the dress back and had to chase for 20+ days for any sort of contact. They've sent me an image which I definitely did not do, If I had surely I would have tried to atleast sew it up? Under the sale of goods act I will be entitled to a refund - Order 6692666”

“It is far easier to buy a product from this company than to return it. You should not have to print out return labels by going to a password protected site. If you haven't got access to a printer you cannot return the product! (Maybe they know that many people will give up). It should be easier than this to return product and return labels should be included in the sold product. Chat line was very good and allowed the return labels to be issued even though we couldn't remember the password.”

“Being a regular customer of SilkFred I’ve never had any issues with purchases or returns. I purchased a cardigan back in November and only wore it a few times before it started bobble loads so I put it in wardrobe and didn’t wear it again. I then saw a post on Instagram about it and how other people had had the same issue. SilkFred was replying and asking for photos so they could rectify it! I had a lovely girl called Lily msg me directly and after a few messages back and forth she asked me to return it and sent me a free returns label. As soon as I had proof of the return she then had a replacement cardigan sent out to me within a matter of two days! I honestly can not fault SilkFred with their customer service. I can highly recommend them... 5*”
