“Everything I have bought has been of good quality speedy delivery and easy returns. I did have a problem with a refund and emailed them got a response the same day and was easily sorted out with great service”

“SilkFred is my “Go-To” online shopping fix! Choice, ideas, sizes, inspiration is all there for me in one place. Delivery times are better than quoted and customer service is second to none. Leanne and Helen got me a replacement item to arrive 24 hours after initial contact. Amazing memorable and total satisfaction. Why would I shop anywhere else!!! “Thank you for your help in resolving my return parcel but sadly I will not be able to use your free returns which is a great incentive to order. I’m wondering why you are unable to just put a return label in each parcel? I have ordered a blouse and hope it fits if not I will return it at my own expense and mustn’t be tempted again. ☹️ You have a lovely range of goods........”

“Having been disappointed not to receive an exchange due to being out of stock of my Christmas gift, which I absolutely loved but was faulty, I was struggling to access the relevant part of the website in order to be notified as soon as they are back in. The chat line provided me with the link to be able to do so. I am now looking forward to receiving that email!”
