“I had a bad experience yesterday where I was waiting for a long outstanding order to be dispatched for delivery today. I happened to have the order open on my computer and noted that the anticipated delivery date was changed from 11 July to 19 July, without notifying me. I was very irritated at the delay, let alone not being notified of the fact.”

“I recently bought a set of Jamie Oliver T-fal pots. I was quite happy with the order being delivered exactly two days later whcih was cool. I however wasn't pleased that they didn't cover the box when it arrived to me. It could have been quite nice had they just wrapped the box so as to avoid damage and pilfering.”
