“I had a great experience at Takealot Cape Town's new pickup premises in Richwood. What a pleasure. In and out under 5 minutes. The staff are friendly and helped me quickly with a smile. From the security person at entrance, to the quick meet and greet and then pick up area. New premises as good as the old just more spacious and open. Thank you will definitely come pick up my purchases in future again.”

“I have never had any problems with Takealot. When I place an order I am always at peace that I will receive the correct items in a reasonable time period. The staff are extremely competent, from the pick up point staff right through to management and customer service. I always find the best prices on Takealot and if I think something is too expensive I add the item on my wishlist and Takealot always sends me a notification when it's on special. I had 2 returns so far due to ordering incorrect sizes and Takealot happily refunded me and the items where returned. They gave me the option of either keeping the credit to use with my next order, or pay back into my account. I think this is the best company ever!!!”

“Best service I've ever experienced! I bought 2 tablets. On receiving them I saw the one's screen has a crack. I asked for a replacement on the 19th of July. The broken tablet was picked up on the 21st also is the replacement tablet delivered ! thank you Takelot of such good service!”

“It was my second time I went to collect an order. This was Monday around 2pm. I made a point of timing their service. I started the clock when the gentleman at the door confirmed I was collecting, there was no one waiting, I had my barcode ready to be scanned, the polite and friendly assistant confirmed my name and popped around the corner. I thank her and walked out and stopped the clock. 32.35 seconds. My experience was first class. Well done takealot and keep it up. Thank you.”

“Fantastic service! I have always found Takealot to be exceptional, both in the goods that it offers and in its delivery but my recent experience exceeded all my expectations. As I now live abroad and was planning on spending Christmas in South Africa, I placed 2 large orders with Takealot. Takealot delivered both orders within record time to my nominated address in South Africa. Our plans then quickly unraveled with our flights being cancelled due to the discovery of the omicron variant. I had no other option but to return the goods. The process was quick and easy. Takealot efficiently collected the goods and gave me an immediate refund. I will continue to support Takealot every opportunity I get and I would recommend them without hesitation. Absolutely fantastic service!”
