“I reside in Hartenbos and recently ordered goods that did not suit my needs. Contacted Takealot and was told to utilise their online return system, which was easy enough to follow. Goods were returns and I received my full refund within a few days. What a service…..top marks to TAKEALOT.”

“brilliant service!! i needed my delivery earlier and the gentlemen arranged it for me, I've also sent a-product back that i wasn't happy with and no probelms at all. Service and delivery has been amazing every-time. So many pp only go on to complain and cant say anything when a provider is doing a great job. Well done Takealot!! I love using you guys!”

“very very bad service . I bought a mobile for my son in December 2019 and in July 2020 returned to takealot due to charger point not working . It was repaired and retuned to me on 15 August 2020. My son used the phone for a few weeks and the same fault happened, returned the item to takealot again on the 5 September. Was then advised by takealot that the supplier refuse to repair as it was damaged by client. Back and forth with them i finally said OK please return the phone. Until today no phone has been returned and no feedback. Been costing me however money on airtime to call and data to send emails still waiting ...........”

“Every item inhave bought has been of good quality. Notification of delivery date is always received. Good communications Delivery always on time or even earlier! The person who delivers is always polite and professional. If item needs to be returned, it is collected and credited with no issues. Takealot's service is outstanding.”

“Take a lots customer service had become so much better over the years. I'm truly impressed with their effort to respond, their quick turnaround time and friendly delivery guys. I've recently done a return on a tv (I found a better deal on takealot). THe delivery guys were very professional and helpful. The finance guys did the refund within days. Well done and keep up the good service.”
