“I have been ordering items from takealot for many years. Every item I received was in perfect condition and I received it at the dates indicated by takealot team. “In the past 21 days I have dealt with 3 online stores (and their third-party) delivery function. Takealot. Take a bow! You have gained a customer-for-life. Fast, EFFECTIVE, friendly, caring service. I wish I could say the same about the other two (soon-to-be-out-of-business-competitors). Well done! “Initially I was not happy with the MeCool TV Box I've received due to software issues. After contacting the supplier Interfoto CC, their technician contacted me and the issue was easily resolved. The customer support from both TakeAlot and Interfoto CC was outstanding and I will recommend them any time”

“I ordered a printer on 5 May and was told delivery would be Friday 8May. Received an Sms to say that my order would arrive 7 May which indeed it did. Always had good service and no issues. Would definitely use them again”

“I was shocked to see that Takealot does not have a 5 star review. I have been buying from them for years and am pleasantly surprised everything at their efficiency and professionalism. My orders often arrive earlier than expected and I have never had an issue returning anything. Its the only online shop i truly trust.”

“I would like to take some time out to complement takealot for their outstanding service. Everything is so easy and convenient no troubles. Sure with the delivery their was some miscommunication but nothing really to complain about. Some of the bad reviews are just ridiculous on this page, delivery being an hour late I cant remember receiving a text with an exact time commitment always within a period of the day. If you not happy with the product you bought, you lazy, make sure you know what you buying. If it was damaged, they will replace it, only make sense.”

“I ordered a oztrail tent on Friday morning, paid at 9am. Went to collect at 11am before the order was ready. Asked the manager on duty to help so I could pack early. She was extremely helpful and got my order early. Thank u great service and products”
