"I purchased quite a bit of RIT fabric dye from Takealot but had to also purchase the colour fixative which arrived last. After receiving the fabric dye I requested a return and refund immediately upon discovering that it would be cheaper to buy new linen, which I explained when requesting a refund. I've already returned the fabric dye when the colour fixative arrived which I returned immediately without bothering to check the packaging, only to receive a email from Takealot's Simtandile.B that I have to take it back due to the bottle already open. At this point I tried to explain to Simtandile.B that I didn't even bother to check the bottle because I returned it right away, but Simtandile.B insisted I had to tell them that the bottle has already been opened. Simtandile.B did not bother to get back to me. Xolile.D responded that I have to take it back and returned it right away. So, now Takealot has sent me their already opened bottle of colour fixative and none of my queries has been returned."

"So this is yet the 4 The time.I want everyone to see how bad this company really is sending so many copy pasted responses from agents and not even trying. I attached pics below beware you will get this responses on a simple error they made for weeks at times before anything gets done.\r\n\r\n\r\n I ordered\/paid\/ no delivery, on app on delivery morning i check my app shows delivered?No rmail tracking to show it was delivered to me. considering no delivery was made. I follow Up, and they send usual template response they gon look into it next day driver shows up,not sure why. he ask me am I sure he was not here? So I asked him do you remember my face or delivering to me personally yesterday? You werent here here. He then looked so confused. next thing i lnow they send me email updates to show Their driver does not remember what happend and will be in a hearing ? how is this my fault yet again. and exact same thing with my previous packages. I guess the driver stile the parcel bt obviously they cant tell me this as a consumer.\r\n\r\nJust dont know what to do bout this company they do what they want even if they made a mistake. no accountability, and makes like its the clients fault. No compensation either . any suggestions anyone?"

"As a regular customer of Takealot, I will never ever purchase from Takealot again. I bought an Airfryer only 6 weeks ago, and mind you its still under warranty. I only used it about 4 times, and the last time I used it on only 180 degrees, the elements overheated and melted the inside of the Airfryer. I submitted a return for a refund, and they declined the refund saying its user damage?! how in the hell do \"I\" burn the inside of an Airfyer causing it to melt? Only people with common sense would know its impossible and its very obvious that the unit malfunctioned!!! Its impossible to get a hold of the department that does the assessment to get answers! because they clearly now this is wrong ! Phoning the call centre and all they say is they will escalate?! I have been dealing with this for almost a week just to be told its my fault, and not getting any clear answers from them as to how they came to the conclusion that I burnt the machine?! Takelaot must close business for being unlawful!!"
