“They are ok but do not post bad ratings foe product so now I have to assume that in teality products are rated worse than what they display. Also it feels like the quality of products is declining and you should mot buy any products you have to put togeyher from them. The worknamship & quality is bad and they will not post your rating so you can not warn others.”

“I was happy with Takealot but suddenly the period for delivery has increased from 5 - 7 days to 10 - 11 days? 2 of the items ordered is a birthday gift. If I knew I could have gone to a store to purchase. Not happy.”

“Wanted to change a colour of an item before it was dispatched but was informed it could not be changed. Would be nice if it could have been done so was a bit disappointeded.”

“I wasnt very happy with takealot, i bought a scale by them and it was faulty.i emailed them and they told me to get in touch with the suppliers,thwy cant help me...well, to me that is bad service,cause i never bought it by the suppliers,but next time i will.”

“It's ok but some suppliers are selling fake items. Check the reviews of the product first before purchasing, those that do not have any reviews I recommend that you do not purchase those.”

“I've been using Takealot for sometime now and never acquired any problems until today. i ordered a screen protect, removed the one I had, only to find they sent a cracked screen protector. I cant use my phone without one, I had to put that cracked one but I am very disappointed.”

“Takealot is excellent when it comes to delivery, but their after sale service is poor. Emails fly left and right, but the matter does not get resolved. I even went to the trouble to phone them, but to no avail.”

“I had a bad experience yesterday where I was waiting for a long outstanding order to be dispatched for delivery today. I happened to have the order open on my computer and noted that the anticipated delivery date was changed from 11 July to 19 July, without notifying me. I was very irritated at the delay, let alone not being notified of the fact.”
