“Honestly best online store in South Africa !! I live in a rural town(Knysna) and can expect a reliable delivery within the time specified. The other day I bought a product(screen protector) and it cracked for no reason after one day and I emailed Takealot and received a reply within the hour saying they are sending my replacement. Amazing Company 10/10.”

“Firstly, I do not struggle to have my order processed; their website is so user-friendly. Secondly, I get update from when I have placed the order until I receive my order. Thirdly, they do no take long to have orders processed delivered. Fourthly, I am able access my account and monitor it and all the necessary information is being uploaded in there and updated frequetly.”

“The specifications of the products I bought were exactly the way they specified. Love the customer service when doing collection and the is someone by your side for assistance through out. Communication is on point from when you made the order and its clear. Very user friendly website. I have not done any returns so I cant comment on that part”
