I would give less stars if I could, but I have to leave at least one. Travis Perkins have conned us out of nearly £3k through either incompetence or negligence. Items that we PURCHASED were continually invoiced for hire. When our office picked this up and brought it Travis Perkins attention it took them 8 months to look into - during which time they continued to generate further invoices for said items, sent threatening messages for payment, and eventually froze our account. They have not offered any refund and have now closed the inquiry. We are a small family business and this has cost us dearly in an already difficult time. If you choose to use them please make sure you are handed paperwork for your order and check it is correct before you leave! Conveniently for Travis Perkins we were not given paperwork for our transaction - only the person who off hired the items for purchase to us knows why. We have been left with no proof, nothing we can take to court. This is not the first time mistakes have happened. Regularly hired items have been over hired - invoicing us for longer than we have had the items. I hate to think how many times these have slipped through the net and not been picked up. I would avoid at all costs. We certainly won't be using them ever again!

Can you please give time slots been waiting all day even went to depot to get a time when they would deliver just got fobb of with lies still haven't turned up and its way past 4 now phoned driver straight to answer phone fed up

Travis perkins are a a company who take on people with disabilities then treat them badly, staff members take advantage of vulnerable people. Management (who I can not name and I want to) allow this to happen

Phoned Durham and Bishop Auckland depots, couldn’t get any answer, drove to Durham, product out of stock, they told me that Bishop branch had plenty of stock, drove another 12 miles to Bishop got there at 4.30 and it was closed despite signs on the gates saying close at 5, drove home another 6 miles, will not use again

Their Tolworth store leave their spotlights on at night,neighbouring residents some elderly & some with autistic children cannot sleep.The clients exiting this store also drive the wrong way against one way traffic.

Telephoned Braintree Office Tuesday21st and placed order on the understanding it was delivered 23rd AM . . Phoned at 3 pm and spoke to a lady said she would phone back and let me know where it was …no one phoned ..delivery arrived at 4 pm …just a simple phone call to advise of late delivery. Not sure I will be going back

shocking service at manchester central manager out of his depth doesnt know how to talk to customers and has little knowledge of products . been a customer here a long time and now I will have to take my business elsewhere cannot deal with incompetence

Manager on way home while customers still waiting Travis Perkins - West Wickham I placed and paid for a simple order on the web on Thursday Instant response - the branch will contact you to arrange delivery - They didn’t Monday morning I called the branch to arrange delivery - agreed for Wednesday Wednesday - no delivery - rang branch - sorry your order was put in the wrong tray Branch stated they will deliver tomorrow - they didn’t Thursday - call branch - sorry out of stock and had to get it from another branch Why was that not evident a week ago Asked to speak to manager - 15:57 hrs - “he finishes at 16:00 - he’s gone home…. I’m still waiting for the delivery - I’ve had bribery of free goods not to publish this Customer services were very polite and sympathetic - but no improvement on delivery - or response from a senior manager If you want a merchant that provides excellent service - don’t use Travis Perkins at West Wickham - the management are not interested as they are clock watching

Pathetic, for breakfast had 2eggs and 2 pieces of French toast coffee and husband had eggs toast has browns and orange juice . Really 28.79 pathetic never again

bought some paint from travis Perkins worcester but they won’t return it! It’s unopened and within my statutory rights but still no! Talked to the manager with no joy so be careful what you buy because you may not have any customer rights at travis Perkins!

I bought a huge bag of 'topsoil' from the Sheffield branch. Terrible quality just clay and sand. It had left my garden turning into a swamp. Accepted the offer of a new bag but this was even worse quality. I now face having to hire a skip to get rid of all of it as well as losing the money of the soil.

Ridiculous company, ordered a door paid for it wasn't in stock rang up three times now still no door, two ring backs promised nothing, one ignorant guy on the phone this morning blaming me. Don't shop here.

First of all, the delivery did not turn up on the date was given to us, in the end it was 2 days late. It finally turn up on the 3rd day after the given delivery date. This was ok, because we were well inform and spoke to by the office staff. Now things get interesting, our property is situated at the base of the Great Orme, in an elevated position, from the road side parking space there is a 10ft up lift need to be done to put the goods(2 ton bags of balast) on to our terrece. Unfortunately, the driver that turn up with the good procced to drop the goods on the foot path of road. When we requested the goods to be up lifted, with out even looking and checking anwser: 'no, it is not possible.' we then questioned: 'we just had 2 similar load delivered by the same size truck and it was all up lifted.' 'no, not my truck.' At this point we express our disappointment in the unwillingness to help and the service received, then ask the driver to return the item. Charmingly, the driver drove off while yelling:'Fxxk off' at us. Credit to every one we have dealt with in the office, but this is the classic example of how one person can ruin the whole thing for you.

Ordered 2 doors which arrived badly packaged and damaged. Arranged for return and asked to add a 3rd door to replacement order. They wanted an extra £30 delivery even though they are coming to my house anyway to drop the other 2 doors off anyway. They kept saying "its our process". Advise to TP - CHANGE YOUR PROCESS!

Customer Service think it's up to the customer to arrange the return of damaged goods! Your system is not working. Your private courier doesn't answer or return call you. 7 attempts now..no more..Your damaged door is in the skip. Shame.

This company allows its drivers to run over other company workers then they dont want to accept responsibility, while the worker involved hasnt had an income to provide his family with the move they need 2 years ago..... this company is absolute scum. Not even to offer help during covid or the fact the family have been through a domestic voilence case hence the wanted move away from the area, meanwhile TP continues to trade and make money while this family continues to suffer and all this could be avoided by just admitting you was in the wrong, your own insurance know this is the case..... but as i said absolute scum.
