“ I was a Walmart online customer for 7 years and spent thousands of dollars. THey just closed my account because they said I returned too many things. There was no warning, they closed my account while there were open orders and will not refund. Where in the policy does it say how many returns are too many. If an item is not as described, you should be able to return. Beware, they will close you out at any moment. ”

Returns are made difficult - they use Fed-EX another very poorly run company for their returns- My personal experience includes making a return which when I called Customer service never was delivered by FedEX although I have the return receipt. I have still not received my refund. Use Amazon they are the BEST. ”
