“Efficient customer service. The telephone confirmation by your company ,after online purchase, is effective. Delivery team very courteous. The placement of the sofa upstairs and the disposal of packaging was much appreciated.”

“It was a pleasure to deal with Willow and Hall. They were courteous and helpful at all times. The staff were very polite when we phoned and we had every confidence in them. The sofa bed was delivered around two weeks before the scheduled date and the delivery men were quick, competent and again knew what they were doing when they set up the sofa bed. We would definitely recommend Willow and Hall to friends and relations.”

“Service and communication were good. Lead time of 3 weeks was assured. We were told after purchase that lead time would now be 6 weeks. If we had known this sooner it would have been better. A phone call informing us would have been better than an email. Some form on discount for the wait would also have been appropriate. The deliverers were fantastic.”

“The pre delivery service was excellent. The sofa bed was delivered in good condition and although the delivery service was good, the operatives could have been a little more attentive in managing the sofa bed to the appointed room. They certainly cleared up behind them removing all packaging etc. A little more pleasantry would have made for an excellent service along with a correct demonstration of how to set up the bed and pack away. The product information was better than the staff.”
