“Lovely showroom and Cian made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for her ... Even had a cheeky glass of wine whilst choosing some lovely sofas and chairs ... Definitely would go back.”

“Willow and Hall is an excellent company to deal with and we were delighted to receive our sofa bed earlier than we had anticipated. We have not tried it yet though so I cannot comment on the comfort just yet.”

“Great website with ample descriptions and lots of choices well displayed (the material and colour picker is very good); easy to order from. Could do better on post-sales communication: I spent £700 online and all I got was an email confirmation that was fairly vanilla - could have done with more reassurance that my order was important to them and clear statement of dates. When I phoned to for an update I was kinda brushed off. However, the furniture arrived sooner than expected, is very high quality, and I can have no complaints at all.”
