“Very nice new shop (if a little tricky to find) very helpful staff, selling a good quality product. The delivery was made on time, and the delivery men assembled the product in the room without any problems. It all went very well.”

“We think very highly of the company and it's people, but were quite let down by the delivery arrangements. Initially we were told one date, which didn't suit us, so we changed, but then that was changed by you and subsequently postponed again due to 'stitching issues'. Sadly it meant that we couldn't use it for some guests we had, despite having ordered it at least five weeks beforehand, for which we were assured that it would arrive in time.”

“Everything throughout ordering and delivery of our sofa bed was excellent until delivery man managed to step on the one piece of new carpet not covered by a drop sheet, leaving a very large footprint on the carpet and new curtain next to it. This was despite asking him to take his shoes off beforehand which he did not do!”

“We were delighted by the whole buying process (once we found the new showroom - more obvious signage please!) Service was friendly and knowledgeable. There was a good range of sofa beds, mattresses and fabrics on display. The delivery men were equally excellent - efficient and friendly. We would definitely recommend Willow and Hall to friends .”
