“I have been really impressed by Willow & Hall - it's the first time I have dealt with the company, and would certainly recommend them. The website is clear and their products are well-photographed, with lots of relevant information. I ordered fabric swatches, which arrived very promptly and I was pleased to see that the fabrics were very similar to the impression I had gleaned from the website. After ordering online, one of their very pleasant customer service staff called to confirm everything. The delivery firm were excellent too - I received a call to arrange a convenient delivery time the following week, then on the morning of my delivery I was called again and given a more precise time-slot, which was very helpful. The delivery crew were extremely efficient and friendly.”

“The brochure, swatches and order process were excellent. However, the delivery service badly let you down. Not only has my blanket box not turned up but I think you should seriously review your delivery company. Very poor.”

“Easy to navigate and informative website enabling clear visualisation of what you want to buy - so important for these big purchases. Good communication, and delivery well within the lead time quoted by two pleasant and efficient guys who unpacked, placed and demonstrated how to operate the sofa bed with the minimum of fuss. They took all packaging away with them, too. Can't fault the service.”
