“Everything great except delivery which was disappointing as delivery guys took covers off before putting in place and then dripped sweat over the new sofa! Also put feet on wrong way around so we had to tackle doing this ourselves with a very heavy sofa bed. So not the greatest of experiences deliver wise I'm afraid.”

“Love the sofa but installation on delivery was very poor. They insisted that the sofa would not go through the doorway even though I had ordered detachable arms. Stressed with the process, we said we would sort something out. 10 mins after they had left and we had taken off the arms, the sofa went through the door with no problems. My husband was then left to assemble the sofabed.”

“Buying a couch was a pretty easy affair - fabric samples came quickly, staff on the phone line were helpful when I wanted to order the couch asap but hadn't quite chosen the fabric, and again when we received the couch and weren't quite sure whether it was supposed to be a particular shape when pulled out (it was). Efficient, friendly, informed assistance. Happy to use an ethical company.”
