“Excellent level of personal service from Phillipe in their store in Chiswick, helping us make our decision on which sofa to buy and from the delivery team who battled through terrible weather conditions (the day the beast from the east dropped a lot of snow on us) to deliver our order. How they remained so cheery as they assembled the sofa bed after sitting in a queue of traffic for over 2 hours heaven knows but they were brilliant. Web site was extremely helpful also in helping us decide that we wanted to go with Willow and Hall before making the long journey to Chiswick”

“We decided to visit the showroom and found this very useful as the assistant was most helpful. The sofa bed was delivered a week or so earlier than the estimated date. The delivery men were very careful and demonstrated how the convert the sofa to a bed. We are delighted with our purchase.”
