“Lovely atmosphere in the showroom and great personal attention from staff who really know their products. Attention to detail is commendable and the ability to view the whole range of fabric samples, discuss their merits and drape large swathes of material over showroom furniture really helps you choose what's right for you. But the experience really starts from the Willow & Hall website. It is by far the best I have seen, is very comprehensive allowing you to know a lot about the furniture and therefore make a trip to the showroom with confidence. The great experience is continued once you order your furniture. Delivery times are met and it's easy to communicate with delivery staff who were on time, very helpful and professional. They even helped move other furniture around our sitting room.”

“I would both recommend and buy from Willow and Hall again. Excellent (sadly now hard to find) customer service. Polite, friendly, helpful and efficient from the order placed over the phone right through to the delivery along with the demonstration of how to adapt the sofa to a bed. Hugely impressed.”

“Great service but, because I ordered online, I perhaps would have liked more honest advice, that being that I did not really need removable arms as my sofa had teeny arms anyway. Not something I would have picked up on, hope they might have pointed that out. Apart from that, truly excellent service...”
