From the quality of the website to the telephone conversations and delivery arrangements etc nothing has been anything short of impressive even before I saw, touched or sat on the product I was buying. “Our first contact with W&H was the website which was informative and easy to use. Next, the showroom in Chiswick and a very helpful and friendly assistant. Some weeks later, two very pleasant delivery guys who worked fast and efficiently. And now, we are enjoying two very comfortable stylish sofas. Great.”

“We have found the whole experience of buying from Willow and Hall excellent throughout. The website is user friendly and we love the choice of furniture and fabrics.
