“I visited your Chiswick showroom where your staff were friendly and informative but not pushy. The sofa bed and sofas came in exactly 4 weeks as promised. The delivery men were polite and helpful and overall I am impressed with Willow and Hall's products and customer service.”

“My whole experience with Willow and Hall was a pleasure. I purchaced the Appley Sofa bed and it is perfect for our study bedroom, very comfortable, well made and the fabric is really good quality. Choosing furniture online is never easy but I was given truthful information right from the start and it worked perfectly! The delivery was sooner than expected and the men delivering were polite and helpful even after climbing two floors in our apartment block! I will be happy to recommend your company. Thank you!”

“Very impressed with preorder sample service and post order confirmation. Just a bit of a problem getting through to delivery service by email and on the phone. The delivery itself was excellent. The delivery men manovered the sofa through our doorways expertly.”

“An excellent experience with this Company. The item ordered was ready on time, and delivered by a friendly and knowledgeable team, who demonstrated how to set up and dismantle the sofa bed in question. We are very pleased with the service received, and would use them again.”

“I choose to buy my sofa bed from Willow & Hall because it was the only company I found that offered the flexibility to choose the sofa style, fabric type and colour, mattress type and handy extras like removable arms. “Buying a couch was a pretty easy affair - fabric samples came quickly, staff on the phone line were helpful when I wanted to order the couch asap but hadn't quite chosen the fabric, and again when we received the couch and weren't quite sure whether it was supposed to be a particular shape when pulled out (it was). Efficient, friendly, informed assistance. Happy to use an ethical company.”

“Very helpful staff at the Chiswick showroom. Well worth visiting to be sure of fabric colour and type! Sofa and sofabed were made and delivered on time. The two delivery men were very helpful and pleasant. They put the two sofas in situ and demonstrated how the bed mechanism works. All wrapping materials were taken away.”
