“Ordered 2 tops. Happy with the red swing top though a little large for a size 16, but not happy with black one shoulder top. Cheap material and sleeves very tight fit. Almost too small. First time in using Yours. Love the red top, just not the black one.”

“Horrendous company , bought a pair of Jeans on April 26th and paid for 3-5 Day delivery by Yodal .It’s now two weeks later and still have not received my order .Received emails by both Yours and Yodal informing me my order was in transit , complete fabrication on both counts as Yodal don’t even appear to be able to track any orders themselves , and that’s when your lucky enough to get through to there call Centre . Poor service on Yours as a company and Yodal dont even know where there parcels are , will not be using either of these company’s ever again , beware !”

“Great Sales and bargains, £1 delivery to shops. Unfortunately when you want to return and you have paid via Paypal you must take your online order home and parcel it up to send back via Asda or Royal Mail. I recently collected a parcel in my local store and assistant told me I could try the garments on there and if I needed to return anything I could do it there and then. One of my items was unsuitable but when the assistant realised I had paid via Paypal the story changed. Come on Yours is 2018 and an electronic world sort it out.”

“Great customer service at the Basingstoke branch. Often pop in with my daughter and, (with exception of some leggings I purchased to exercise in), the quality of the clothing is fantastic. Would definitely recommend.”

“I love yours clothing and I am a regular customer, but lately have found that tops and dresses are extremely low cut or very high! There’s seems to be no in between. I’ve had to return quite a lot of items purely because of how low they are. Not every large breasted woman wants them on display to that extent! The dresses never used to be this low, so not sure why that’s changed.”

“I was so happy at first ordering on line and absolutely love all my clothes. Never had problems with return even if I dont have a printer at home I was able to print my labels at ASDA. But for the last few orders didnt receive the confirmation email. And yes I checked my spam folder. So waiting for a few deliveries was like a lottery... Twice I got lucky and the third time I am still waiting ....Try to contact the customer via form... I didnt receive any reply. It is a shame I have this experience as I absolutely love all my clothes from Yours clothing. However I am now in doubt if I should order ever again... PLease improve your service guys if you dont want to loose good customers like me and the others:)”

“I have made a mistake and I am sorry for the bad review that I posted last night. I persevered trying to return my order and although I was becoming very frustrated because it would not work once I had cracked it I realized that it was not really that difficult. When you enter your order reference you have to put a dash between the second and third set of numbers, only then does it work.I was then able to proceed to obtain a QR code,take my parcel to Asda where I was shown how to scan my code to obtain a sticky label to attach to my parcel. Success-job demand I suppose practise will make perfect so maybe I will chance ordering from YOURS in the future.”

“Order a coat, it didn't come! So phoned up, girl at the shop said there's no customer service number anymore 😕 But I rang the number anyway got through to customer service!! She said it's out of stock! That I was refunded, why didn't they send email? Common courtesy would have been nice.”

“Having given a very poor review I am delighted to say the company is giving me a full refund. Unfortunately my ruched sides swim skirt was not fit for purpose but I can of course understand that some items may fall short of our expectations.”

“I have ordered the bue coat order number 674i I have never recieved it or had any advice as to when it will be delivered very disappointed as you have had my money.ordered on the 8th Sept.would never recomend this company.”
