I always shop with yours but recently have noticed prices going up and material getting thinner and bobbles and patterns wearing off quite quickly

just received 2 items, purchased 2 sizes as reviews said items tended to be a little snug... the bigger of the 2 sizes was perfect but faulty; so had to return... just gone on line to find the return will cost me £1.99... so to summarise, i have paid up front for items, paid a delivery charge, returning an item that is faulty and am being charged for the privilege... well thank you for that lovely, expensive customer experience Yours Clothing, a service i shall not be taking advantage of again.... app now deleted, pc bookmark removed so, after being a customer for over 8 years, its a most definite goodbye from me.

I bought a sweatshirt for 24 after wearing. It 2 times it's gone all bobbly near the zips so I'm not happy with that

I've just ordered 4 items from Yours and they're all going back. One item was mis-labelled as size 22/24 as it clearly was 2 sizes too small! One item, in white, was transparent, apart from a modesty lining to cover my boobs. The sales photo is a lie. One item has a protruding label, one is too flimsy. In fact, the fabric of all of the tops is flimsy considering the prices. I was really disappointed. I too have found that lately the bust line of tops is way too low, and I've returned a few because of that. The company uses Yodel to deliver the order (and I've not had a problem with them - they email, they give an estimated delivery time, you can track yr driver in real time on a map, they turn up. But Yours uses Evry (formerly known as Hermes) as a return agent and my bad experiences with them are many! I can print a label, but id advise you use a local collection point if you can't print one as you can scan a bar code in that place and a label is printed for you. Every collections at home can be unreliable and its difficult to contact them. Once the parcel is collected however, I do get a response from Yours within a couple of days and a refund within 2-3 days of that. Overall though, I've not been impressed with the cut or the quality of Yours Clothing items and don't think they are value for money so I won't be using them again.

Great clothing. But rubbish return system, can't get a QR code or return form that won't except order number ,been trying for hours, nearest store is 15 miles away which seems easiest way to return items.Not Happy and will never order anything again .yours don't seem bothered about losing so many customers this way otherwise would have sorted this problem in the last 12 months.

Only shop i can use......this years range of clothes is abysmal.....put these clothes on a plus size 32 with arms and legs to match!!!I dont want suits to my thighs and grow on sleeves.....and I certainly don't want frills and shirred waist lines or t shirts made from a flimsy clingy material!!!the prices have go higher and the quality much much worse.glad newlook do SOME bits in a 32

What is going on with the quality of your clothing?! I bought a coat and I would have had to have arms that reached the floor for them to fit. Returned. In the same batch I received a top with a huge stain across the back (I have washed it and it’s fine but still) And another top which I took on holiday only to find it had a hole in it which I hadn’t noticed and thank god I don’t have fat arms because the arms are a very snug fit. The quality used to be great but not any more. Very disappointing!

I find the quality of their clothes are very poor. They have great choice in terms of fabric, sizes, styles but I've had so many clothes from them that I've returned due to poor quality fabric/holes in the seams etc. I have recently bought the same type of clothing from an other well known shop for less money and far superior quality. Yours Clothing need to look at the quality of what they're selling

I have ordered 3 tines in my usual size that I am in every other store. The 3 times I ordered the size has been wrong. And then you need a printer to return which I do not have. Please shop at shein if you are plus size.

Received the wrong item (company's fault) and when I emailed them they said they can't exchange international orders and yet it was their fault to begin with. The customer service is really terrible and although their clothes are somewhat stylish (quality of the material is cheap though) where they do good in size range, they lack in customer service and thats where it matters most. Really disappointed because I wanted to like them, it's unfortunate.

I've had numerous problems recently with refunds, lost returns and gift cards. I got really fed up and used Resolver on line to help me with the issues as they kept ignoring me. Once I contacted Resolver the issues were solved within 48 hrs! Just use your browser to search Resolver and start a case against them. It's easy and yields great results.

bras often have wires poking out within a few weeks. on inspecting the wires they are sharp. smooth them off please it is becoming false economy

Complete rip off on returns, so basically the customers are paying the wages of the quality control team!!!! I have emailed them and complained that this is a total rip off but same reply from the customer service team the cost from the quality control team blah blah. Never buying from them again.

Absolutely appalling. The jumper was poor quality, Yours may have taken over the Long Tall Sally brand but they have not upheld the original company's high standards. As for returning the jumper it was a rip-off. They charge postage on the original order and then deduct it from the refund and as you have to pay the return you are effectively being charged 3 times; then to add insult to injury they did not refund the full price of the jumper even though it is was still advertised at full price. Avoid.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Returns are a rip off. They're making money from returns! They deducted £1.99 (their processing fee) plus the delivery fee I originally paid, £2.99, from my refund. I cannot see mention of this deduction of £2.99 delivery fee in their online terms and conditions laid out when I returned the item. No other online clothing company I've bought from does this! So I rang twice to request Ts and Cs stating this to be emailed to me, it never arrived. Their customer services staff are abrupt, rude and patronising.

I usually buy flowers for my friend for her birthday but this time I thought it would be nice to surprise her for her birthday. I bought a jacket online on the 28th December and still waiting on it to be delivered. I have contacted them and still no response. Some surprise ...nothing. Customer service is terrible. Ireland need a shop like this to give a service that people pay for. Run them out of town people. Let us be heard not ignored. They have ignored me. Never buy a thing off them again. Can't leave photo it hasn't arrived yet on a slow boat from China

I would have given zero if it was an option. Absolutely let down by the level of customer care given. I placed an order and received an item 3 sizes too small despite this being a brand specifically for plus size people. When I enquired for a replacement I was bluntly told I would have to return the item, and wait for the item to be approved before they would exchange it. I did so and followed the instructions given to me by their customer service team and despite having corresponded with them specifically before returning the item to ensure I would receive an exchange, they once again failed me and sent me a refund rather than an exchange, which they did not communicate and I had to chase up myself! When I raised this as a complaint, I was met with cold and uncaring responses saying there was nothing they could do. Rubbish!!! The person I spoke to had a passive aggressive and almost rude tone in their emails and basically ended the correspondence with, either I place a new order (with delivery cost refunded after purchase, which takes 3-5 days with most banks) or go away. This is unacceptable customer service and I'd expect more from a big brand like Yours. What an absolute disappointment.
